Fixes Colony Director's Armour (#8287)

* Fixes Colony Director's Armor

The CD's armour inherits from clothing/suit/armor/ instead of /clothing/spacesuits, like everything else in this file, so it lost it's space protection when the SPACEPROOF tag got removed.

* Removes Atmosphere
