70cee8922e Blood_DNA fixes.
Bloodied icons rewritten to be overlays, not replacing the icons. Hopefully this should fix \icon[src] breaking everything.
Bloodied hands/gloves don't transfer blood to infinite amounts of touched items.

Please report any bugs!

216b3fbf29 Some work on aliens. I'll finish this up soon.
Gave riot shields a 99% chance of blocking pushers from pushing their wielders (given their wielder is not on the help intent).

Added a projectile reflection mechanic. Ablative Armor will often, when the groin or torso is struck, deflect projectiles back to the tile they came from (not back the original shooter). Deflected projectiles aren't 100% accurate, so ablative armor can result in friendly fire.

Hopefully stopped humans from waking up 1 second after they fall asleep.

1ed1bcb049 Secborgs no longer have a taser, but are now as fast as humans and are unpushable. This is just a test so don't go crazy. It (probably) won't be permanent.
Nuke teleporter board now costs ten crystals.

0a0f97ef0c Large bureaucracy overhaul.
This affects clipboards, hand labelers, paper, paper bins, pens, photocopiers, and stamps.
Everything (that I've changed significantly) should be BETTER.

NO paths have been changed.
All of the above have been added to the paperwork module (pending rename to bureaucracy, which is COOLER).
SPRITES for most of the above (except photocopiers) are now in bureaucracy.dmi.

Clipboards in particular are MASSIVELY IMPROVED.
Hand labelers can now be turned ON AND OFF, to make it simpler to avoid labelling tables.
This includes work in progress FOLDERS, which currently do NOTHING.

d5bff25b5b Modified TK to be more effective and polished. You can use the TK grab to interact with machines and stuff from far away (but you cannot pick them up!). This means you can also bonk people with items you are holding with your TK grab.
Changed the energy gun sprites to a better-looking version, made by Khodoque!

More work on NTSL. Including the ability to create comments by using // and /* insert comment here */.

Removed the traffic control machine from telecomms, as requested by Urist. NTSL is still a work in progress, and needs to be completely fool-proof before players can get anywhere near it.

9859a0b52f Committing fixes to code for examining mobs. Burn damage wasn't showing properly on some mobs. Fixed grammar, icons and stuff.
Added some  stylesheet classes. Approved by Urist. If you're adding game text, please use the class that best describes the text. This way all the text formatting can be edited from the stylesheet rather than traipsing through the code like I am.
Cyborg names reflect their module choice.
Cyborgs can no longer drop their module-items on conveyor belts.
Please remember to add the line: gender = PLURAL to any new item defines if the item is plural, ie metal rods and such.
Much more to come. ;-; Just need to check them and merge... why did I start climbing this mountain?

ddc7f45a13 Integrated BS12's improved uplink code, courtesy of SkyMarshal.
This means items now spawn in your hand if possible, items are sorted into categories, and only items you have enough telecrystals to purchase will be displayed.  Also, the same basic code is now used for PDA, headset and nuke-round uplinks, and it should be easier to add new items.

c801c50cea Removed Karma. It was a shitty system used to punish security for doing their jobs even when it worked, and now it just spits runtimes.
Better defined the viewers in range of the vent crawl to hopefully stop the runtimes that was causing.

23091a262e Borg radios now work while they're recharging
MMIs/pAIs/lockers in the dark can now hear.  This was done by changing the area check for hearing to a range instead of view, and then doing a line of sight calculation for each mob that can't hear naturally and checking if it's clear.

f1ee426a8f Buckling to chairs no longer causes you to drop anything.
Added Nodrak's Jump to Mob verb.
Added Sieve's lantern fix. Commented out the silicate recipe.
Added Skaer's sec cartridge box to the armoury.

Moved the check_if_buckled() proc to mob/living, rather than having it repeated.

98febe0396 Fixed the changelog.
Buffed the janitor's cleaning grenades.
Fixed the void jetpack not having any oxygen, fixed nuke ops starting with empty jetpacks, fixed the spacesuit admin equip.
Renamed plasteel floor tiles to just floor tiles, seeing as they're not made out of plasteel.

Electric chair path has also been changed as per the above.

New electric chair sprites! They ~won't~ make you want to cut out your eyes!

0a80f91f2c Added Spacevines to the random events. Added a spawn space-vines option to the secrets panel.
Fixes issue 250 (borg door bug)
Fixed silicon interactions with engineering equipment.
Fixed access lists for radiation collectors, so locking them actually serves a purpose. Fixed using crowbars on them.
Borgs can name themselves upon module selection (unless a roboticist has named them previously by using a pen)
To avoid Borgs griefing and then changing their name by selecting a module, borgs are now unable to move independently until they choose a module.
New sprites for spacevines are on the way. So you'll have to tolerate my crappy stand-ins for a bit until he is finished with them.

8caa698d48 Chaplains are no longer immune to cult magic. Instead, a new item, the null rod, spawns in the chaplains office. Having the rod on your person will make you immune to cult magic.
Runes are now dispelled with the null rod, not the bible.

Chaplains can no longer self heal with the bible.

Simple animals can now attack mechas and critters 

Constructs no longer take extra damage from bibles.

Fueltanks now explode when shot by lasers or bullets.

a6f9f36b72 - All PM links are now tied to clients and not mobs. What this means is that all PM links (the links admins get in admin messages which lead to a PM) should now point directly to the client, if one still exists or report them as disconnected. This means that there should no longer be problems with clients which swap mobs.
- Made the player-side admin pm message more visible and obnoxious. Some players might find it annoying but at least it will not leave much room to complain about "missing PM-s"

- Fixed that awkward X in asay messages, which moved whatever mob you were in to the location of the person who said the message. Replaced it with JMP, which does the same as the JMP in adminhelps - makes a ghost and moves that ghost to the location:

- Ghosts which find themselves locked in any form of container (closets most commonly) will now (FINALLY) exit the container (and it is any container!) after they click one of the arrow keys.

42fa87c2b2 - Putting a normal or a gold ID card into a wallet now properly updates the sprite. The sprite that's chosen is the sprite of the card which is first in the list of items. Removing an ID from the wallet also properly updates the sprite.

cc67d26201 - lightbulb and light tube w_class is now 1, large tube (used for floodlights) remains at 2.
- bulb and tube boxes now contain 21 bulbs or tubes, but can only store bulbs or tubes.
- added a mixed box of lights, which contains 14 tubes and 7 bulbs
- most of the areas which contained light boxes now contain these large mixed boxes.

2447af6623 Changes to layering of underfloor stuff:
- Disposal pipes are on layer 2.3
- Pipes and manifolds are on layer 2.4
- Cables are on layer 2.44
- Unary atmospherics stuff (vent pumps, scrubbers) are on layer 2.45
- Nav beacons, bluespace beacons and such things are on layer 2.5

It means that pipes appear below cables and

37c7a57054 - Dropped support for attaching photos to ID cards. The feature was never fully implemented and the information you got from them was misleading and wrong.
- Backpacks max_combined_w_class is now 21 instead of 20, meaning it can store 7 box-sized items instead of 6 box sized items + 1 small item (which the box is supposed to hold anyway)
- Added many fire alarms around the station to areas that either lacked them or where they were too rare
- Added 4 hazard vests to the atmospherics departments for atmos techs who prefer hazard vests to firesuits.
- Added these changes to the changelog.

d070a44078 - Power alarms on z level 1 now update to their proper alert level state when spawned. They now spawn with the green alert level overlay at round start.
- Removed the window/north, window/east and the other dir-specific window subclasses
- Request console global announcements no longer have the leading space
- Wrenching wooden table parts now gives wood instead of metal
- Replaced the engineering singularity viewing cameras with EMP proof cameras

3a0a764243 Crayon boxes are now storage items. I have no idea why they weren't storage items to being with but now they are.
6 storage slots, can only hold crayons. Icon_state is properly updated when crayons are taken out as well as when crayons are put in.

Updated uterus and 2.0.8 with the new type path, which is /obj/item/weapon/storage/crayonbox

a6c2e6e105 - Added water balloons (sprites courtesy of Sieve,) these can be filled with most reagents and burst on throwing if filled, applying the reagents to whatever is hit (along with everything else on that tile.) These are winnable from the arcade, for now. I'll probably think of a better way to implement them.

Added a power switch (/obj/structure/powerswitch), which is used to split or connect two cables.

The way it works is simple. It connects the powernets by adding cable on the floor it's on and removing it when it's turned off.

In-file description:
//This is a power switch. When turned on it looks at the cables around the tile that it's on and notes which cables are trying to connect to it.
//After it knows this it creates the number of cables from the center to each of the cables attempting to conenct. These cables cannot be removed
//with wirecutters. When the switch is turned off it removes all the cables on the tile it's on.
//The switch uses a 5s delay to prevent powernet change spamming.

cb57fae3b8 The "X FAILS TO PUSH Y'S FAT ASS OUT OF THE WAY" message now only displays to the person shoving, so those nearby are not subjected to chat spam.
Added a "Relentless" var to mobs that makes them unshoveable if their intent is anything but help.

Alien Queens are relentless.

Constructs are relentless, can now push things, and have automated movement disabled (because it was bugging the hell out of me when testing)

Shades also have automated movement disabled.

The gladiator costume now has a chance to spawn in the theatre (sprites by Ausops)

050accb57b - Brought 2.0.8 and uterus up to date with the new type paths.
- Added an atmostech belt that spawns with the same tools as the engineer full belt, just the wire is replaced by an analyzer.
- Atmos techs now spawn with this belt
- Added a detective-styled personal closet, that contains a satchel, which contains a wallet, which contains one or two spacecash items and a coin.
- Slightly redesigned two of the dorm rooms so they have this new cabinet - closet with the stuff mentioned above.
- Slightly changed the spawn order of items in engineering closets so that hazard vests spawn above toolboxes. Hopefully this will spare a few fiddly clicks for engineers.
- Detective locker now spawns with the locked sprite
- Engineering now has the L2 radioactive suit lockers that contain rad suits instead of that crate.

9028fc227f A simple wallet storage item has been added that can hold 4 small items. The items it can store are defined in a list
It however includes spacecash, cards (id, data, emag), cigarette, penlight  (+ parapen), seeds, ointment, bruisepack, crayon, coins, dice, implanters, lighter, match, paper, pen, photo, dropper, screwdriver and a stamp.

4c92d1c152 Added a cheap lighter so that zippos will have some company.
The cheap lighter can be purchased at vending machines and comes in 4 colors: green, yellow, cyan and red.
