- Arbitrary font size setting

- Attempts to correct chat backlog restore on rejoin

* Surgery steps to use <span>

* Some VChat Tweaks

- Chat remains between client reconnects if your client didn't close (so things like using the reconnect button, or autoreconnects at round end when that feels like working)
- The client doesn't send pings to the server, the server sends pings to the client. This fixes AFK measurements for AFK kick purposes.
- Turn latency indicator into a green/red indicator to show if you're connected, and when clicked will perform a one-time ping (and block doing it again for 10 seconds). It will display '?ms' if it never got a reply, or '999ms' if it did, but it was over 1s.

888f25cf8e Add proc set_viewsize() to allow hooking actions when client.view is changed.
- Proc is on mob to simplify the standard use case; maybe someday actually save it there too if desired.

c2d16acdca Always call update_use_power() instead of directly setting the use_power var.
- This will let us react to the change appropriately.
- While we're here, lets define some constants so we can stop using bare numbers.
- Always use those constants when calling update_use_power()

* Combat Mechs Can Punch More Things

Removes the var to check for the 5 things it can attack, instead it can punch anything (but not everything will take damage).

Gives punching objects a check so you don't accidently smash something without meaning to.

Gives closets and canisters a proc to take_damage so they'll actually get smashed by the mechs.

Adds click delay on attacking barriers.
Proper noises when attacking material doors and barricades.

More stuff can be broken by mech punch and simple mobs.

88a6d023df Adds Ripley Speedboost Equipment
This will make the ripley as fast as a durand. Putting it on non-ripley mechs will make them slower.

materials = list(DEFAULT_WALL_MATERIAL = 10000, "silver" = 1000, "gold" = 1000)
(5 steel sheets, 1/2 gold and silver sheet)

6e1612da7a Un-Nerfs Odysseus Tools
This requires staff input

Reverts part of #6170 that makes the mech syringe gun unable to pierce clothing. My opinion is that industrial syringe cannon can pierce clothing.
Partially reverts #2196 that makes it so the sleeper can load someone in 3 seconds instead of 5 (original change was 2 seconds to 5)
