3da4037134 Biogenerator improvements. 
- Lower the process noise.
- Add a new Creative Common sound to play once the process is done.
- Add options for **5** slabs of meat or units of milk to be dispensed at once. Because seriously who is going to use this feature as is.
- Add the option to create plant bags. Much more useful than most other stuff.
- Add large plant bags for easier ferrying of goods.
- Add a description to the biogenerator.
- Fix a typo resulting in "]The the biogenerator is already loaded."
- Add cream dispensing.

5ff6ad56bf Fixes chem master dumping reagents. 
Previously, if you used a bluespace beaker and transferred all of it's contents, the chem master buffer would silently drop all of those chemicals without warning.

281e0cb48c Remove kobold.dm 
This file has no sprites and is used nowhere. It does have some kinda cute emotes but without sprites it's useless and has been since 2017 and maybe much longer. I haven't found any references of it's origin either.

7b5b214ebb Shotgun cycling animation framework 
This adds the possiblity for empty sprites on all shotgun/pump/thing and for cycling animations.
