fd18afec67 Turrets are once again smart enough to stop firing at someone that has teleported out of their protected area. Bloody ConstantA missing that part during his optimization of the turret code.

9ca449bf7a New WIP TK system added. To activate your TK click the throw button with an empty hand. This will bring up a tkgrab item. Click on a non-anchored (currently) non mob Object to select it as your "focus". Once a focus is selected so long as you are in range of the focus you can now click somewhere to throw the focus at the target. To quit using TK just drop the tkgrab item.
The captains laser, aegun, and xbow recharge a bit slower now, they recharged so fast that you almost never had to stop shooting. 
Cleaned up the cyborg_modules file
Medical and Security borgs have a hud item.
Medical bots bottles hold 60 of their chemical (up from 30).
Medical bots now have three syringes that are labeled "Syringe-(Inaprovaline)", "Syringe-(Anti-Toxin)",  and "Syringe-(Mixed)".
Medical bots now have two kelotane/dexalin pills (up from 1/ea).
Engineering bots got a new RCD thats just like the old one but the code is cleaner and meant for borgs only.
Husks brains can no longer be cut out.
Healing hands code has been removed till whoever wants to finish it adds it to a place that is NOT the base click procs.
Added veyveyr's nuke team weapon.  Its more or less the Uzi with a new icon.
Nuke teams also got a bit of extra ammo and a few more pinpointers/eguns in their locker.
Glass doors will not set opacity to 1 after they close.

d090ec651d You can now no longer toggle your flashlight, lantern, pen light or hardhat when in closets or other containers. This it to prevent some strange abnormalities. Urist said he'll fix it more in-depth by making a new item-lighting interfacing system, but after 3 weeks he has yet to deliver on his promise. Until then this is a temp-fix (And because I know Urist won't ever deliver, this is a permanent fix.)

3c68098a08 Fixed a few runtimes.
Changed the shotgun pump proc a bit, should work better now and not teleport old shells around.
Added a config option for the jobs to be loaded from the jobs.txt rather than use the defaults.
Loyalty implanter removed.  The Limplanter was designed to be on the prison station as it took more time and was a pain to get people up there to implant them.  No prison station, no Limplanter.
Implanter lockbox moved to the armory from the HoS' locker.
Security room's table once again shrunk so people can walk around in there.
Brig lockers are now anchored to the inside of the cells and once again have their IDs set.
Warden's locker moved to his office.
Cell controls Names/IDs/Access fixed as well as once again working with the brig lockers.
Removed a few of the blast doors from the inside of the brig.
The three secure cells have blast doors controlled from a button outside of the cell.
The play admin midis toggle should be working properly now.
Morgue trays will no longer teleport anything from anywhere.

5c47d7e7ce Changed the prison break event to affect the main brig!
Added a sprite for welded vents. (Original courtesy of Cheridan)
Added an overlay for connected canisters. (Thanks to ruarai)
Updated one of the AI statuses to be animated.
Fixed the original style hotkeys.

6fb491e96f Added shutters, sprites courtesy of the wonderful veyveyr.
Dead mobs can no longer emote. (except for *deathgasp)
Changed the path of /obj/effect/securearea to /obj/effect/sign/securearea for consistency.
Slight map updates to the kitchen and brig.
Prisoner closets only have one set of clothing in them.

44da35ee64 Fixes camera casings not fitting in lockers, fixes being able to delete cameras completely by moving away after wrenching them.
Fixes racks being dum.

(I'm pretty tired so I'd appreciate it if someone would take a glance over this and make sure I haven't BROKEN EVERYTHING.) Compiles fine and seems to work though.

bf95475610 Improved teleportation with datacards, like with the clown planet coordinates
This means admins can now set up landmarks and give people datacards that take them there, as well as paving the way for archaeology stuff.

Slight map update to the kitchen, also adjusted some places with Vey's new warning stripe corners.

fe49e1c149 Okay in relation to the previous commit r2391 muting is now tied to clients and not mobs. So if you get muted as a human and then die and change into a ghost you will no longer 'loose' your mute.

de944a135c - The admin-mute verb and mute option in the player panel now makes the mob unable to speak in everything except for adminhelps and admin private messages.
- The player panel now has a Compelte mute option, which mutes everything including adminhelps and admin pm-s.
- A person who is muted will now be informed he is whenever they try to speak/OOC/etc.

f1825c1ca1 Weed nodes now light up when planted, so the weeds can grow around them.
You can't place more than one egg in a tile anymore.

3b40c90488 ◦ 2 new hairstyles, 1 new beard style. Includes the luxurious ADAM JENSEN beard/hair set. YOU NEVER ASKED FOR THIS.
◦ As a result of the previous change, a substantial overhaul of the order in which clothing and hairs are displayed has been put into effect. From what I've playtested, it works mostly fine. Keep an eye out for small little oddities, though.

◦ Masks and head wear have been given a new flag, BLOCKHAIR. If turned on, this flag will force to the hair to not display. Intended for space suits, rig helmets, etc.

◦ (Committed for Zudrag) Added in the circuit boards for clone pods and cloning scanners and making them produceable from the circuit imprinter.

4947441703 Reworked paper and stamping. Fixes issue 116.
Changed some stuff around in research, as per Xennith's suggestion.
Fixed up the areas in research.

Removed the 2.0.7 map, for the sake of making checkouts slightly faster.

28b7c860a8 The infinite cells return proc has been set to return 1 rather than null.
Communications.dm works once again. 
Updated a few admin commands that I missed to work with the job datums.
Fixed a type path issue in the cult talismans.
Assembly remote signalers now iterate though their for loop properly.

67d4ceffb0 Job system should be working now. I had a '==' where a '&' should have been that would cause it to only work when you had one job of the same level and department selected.
The loyalty implant box now spawn in the HoS' locker and not in nullspace.
Gave the HoS' locker a secbelt.
The revolver now use the proper bullet.
Robotics spawn with their labcoat/toolbox.

58bef9a494 - Added href getter datum. Returns either what you want or null.
- Moved byjax callback processing to JS part.
- Disabled exosuits verbs from showing when RMButtoning.
- Added radios to exosuits. Setting can be found in 'Electronics' menu.
- Exosuit maintenance can be initiated even if it's occupied. The pilot must permit maintenance through 'Permissions & Logging' - 'Permit maintenance protocols'. For combat exosuits it's disabled by default. While in maintenance mode, exosuit can't move or use equipment.
- Nerfed EMP effect on mechs.
- Fixed build_path for atmospheric monitor circuitboard design
- Bugfixing and bugmaking.

46a7143e3a Energy projectiles work again.
Rewrote the job selection system to use bitflags and the jobs are now objects.
Fixed a path conflict with effect which caused a few things to be unable to be clicked on.
Commented out the job.txt, Urist if you still want it to load from the .txt give me a yell and I can update it to work with the job objects.
Fixed up the bits that were missing the slightly updated mob organ attack code.
Moved the traps file into unused.

058ddea1b6 Bugfixes:
◦ Some head gear (nurse masks, kitty ears...) no longer block CPR. (Issue 167)
     ◦ DNA Scanners no longer attempt to empty their contents whenever something enters them. This fixes the issue with constructed scanners puking out the circuitry they were made with. (Issue 169)
     ◦ You can longer /me emote when you've been paralyzed by Zombie Powder. (Issue 168)
     ◦ Fixed some problems with MMIs / Robots / pAIs being able to understand eachother.


◦ You can put items, that are not clothing/under or clothing/suit, on food trays. How it works is it loops through all acceptable items in the location and adds them to its overlays and a special list variable. I had to change the way mob/drop_item() works a bit. Trays have a maximum capacity, and items of a larger w_class take up more capacity.

◦ Slippery items like banana peels and soap have been nerfed significantly.

62e28c2abf Organs:
Moved into their own folder and got split into three files.
Damage  zones have been regrouped slightly to make it easier to deal with them. Currently the organ groups are head, l/r leg, l/r arm, and head.

Attacking:
Armor is properly checked.
Currently aiming for the chest gives a higher chance to stun whereas the head will stun for longer.
Stungloves/Disarm now show up in the attack log.
Stungloves ignore intent.

Silicon:
AI units can now move between cams that are not on the ss13 network.
Cyborg's alert screen should not longer pop up every time they get an alert if they have opened it once during the round.
Robot vision now uses the standard amount of energy.

Gamemodes:
Added Deuryn's unrev message.
Runes can only be examined if you are close to them.
Moved the Loyalty implants to the HoS' locker at the request of HerpA.
Nuke agents now come with explosive implants that will activate upon death.

Projectiles:
Once again went though the gun code and cleaned things up, it is much better now.
Bullet_act fixed up and most mobs now use the one in living, just overload it if they need to do something diff.
Freeze /caplaser/xbow no longer have an infinite loop.
Shotguns have to be pumped manually.

Went though the latest runtime log.

Power cells now use return on their give/use procs

Assemblies have been reworked and are nearly finished, just need to finish up the special assembly code, redo the signalers, and add one or two new assembly items.
Laying down will now only take 3 ticks to get up, from 5.

You can no longer punch people on the spawn screen.

This is a big one and was cleared by two heads, TK will only allow you to pick up items.  If you have an item in your hand it will act normal.

This revision got much larger than originally intended my tests show everything is working fine, but you never know.  Ill likely do more mob teaks in the next few days.

7f7eb8dee4 Tension Report
Adding a reporting function, available in the debug menu, which tracks some crude statistics for the current round and attempts to estimate the round's current level of stuff happening (or lack thereof) for more consistent and focused badminnery.
