bd9819c272 Made items that get unbloodied update their icon during the unbloodying, so you can tell how much you used your gun between getting blood on it and cleaning it.

cc51d5eeb1 Stack of runtime error fixes.
Didn't feel like digging into the DNA code to find the cause of one of the errors I got sent, if anyone feels like taking a crack at it:

What I know: He was a changeling transforming between DNAs, apparently he somehow got a set of hair DNA that was literally off the charts for determining what hairstyle it was

d7c5301c16 Cleaned up wizard spells so that sound and clothing checks are their owns procs.
Fake wizard costume is now able to cast spells like the other two. Wizards still start out with the updated suit.
Fixed toy swords not having their icons set properly.
Updated the tactical turtleneck sprite, the old one is available as a toy.
Updated soviet uniform.
Modified swat shoes to be darker.

e0228cf2ae Removed window stacks from the map due to r574.
Added some vending machines near the dormitory.
Modified foamdarts.
Modified toy descriptions and item states.

0bbfc0bfa6 Added department headsets to secure lockers in engineering, security, detective, and medical.
Changed icons of RD and CMO secure closets.
Added a medical wardrobe closet to Med Bay.
Moved toy icons to toy.dmi.
Renamed Invisibility to Ethereal Jaunt.

31914a2704 Cleaned up toy.dm a bit.
Cyborgs now give "has been hit by the foam dart" messages when hit.

The toy sword and blink toy are now separate items instead of renamed/re-iconed teleport beacons/cardboard tubes.

The toy sword now acts more like a real sword in terms of its blade.

The blink toy still does nothing.
