Prevents step noises, getting shot, etc. Basically living ghosts. Feel free to add more places this should check, but I think this is a majority.

Ports the Paradise rewrite of TG rewrite of the Beam() proc
...
* New proc is more efficient and also supports:
- Multiple simultaneous beams from the same source.
- Doesn't block the thread while the beam is on.
