3c5d543116 Optimize wire hacking QoL (#6835)
Keeps the same "bold if changed" functionality added in recent QoL improvements, but replaces the one-datum-instance per hint per device with a two number vars per device.

09f9e0b3d7 QoL: Hacking (#6810)
* Makes hacking window consider all hands instead of just the active one.

* Makes bottom indicators in hacking window go bold if they changed since the last refresh.

15f54c595b Synths now relies on access permissions as well.
Ensures station bound synthetics will not be able to utilize Syndicate/Heist equipment/vessels, as well as the opposite for potential syndicate synths.

99406e3077 NanoUI AI door interface.

Cleans up airlock Topic()
Power and electricity is now also handled by process instead of sleeps().
Wires, remote door controls, etc. now use airlock procs instead of manhandling variables directly.

2d744fd47a Fixes doors being usable remotely when broken
Fixes airlock doors being able to be opened and closed remotely (by
buttons, airlocks, or docking) when broken. Also removes some redundant
code, and refactors a few checks.

a9ef2b61c0 Wiring Upgrade
Continues the wiring upgrade. Now cameras, airlocks, robots, and air alarms also use the new wire datum system.
Global wiring code is now removed but there are sneaky objects which didn't rely on them such as mulebots and autolathes.

Fixes a few issues from the previous upgrade.
