This makes an [OPEN] link appear on all radio messages the AI hears (to the right of the follow link). When clicked, it allows the AI to open
the door nearest to the speaker (or, if it is a voice changer, the door
nearest to the poor sap who had his voice stolen).
AI, Open This Door!
Port of https://github.com/VOREStation/VOREStation/pull/7897
This adds a system for picture-in-picture UI windows using
vis_contents. Essentially, it allows you to make UI windows that show an area of turfs. It also refactors how cameranet visibility works.
Currently, this is implemented on AIs. They gain two new UI buttons - "Enter Multicam Mode", and "Create Multicam". When they go into Multicam Mode, they see a background of animated binary numbers, and they are allowed to create an infinite amount of these picture in picture windows, which subsequently creates an AI Eye for each one. They are able to control each AI eye individually, by first clicking on the PIP window to select it as "active" and then using the normal arrow key controls. The PIP windows can be freely resized and moved around the area.
You can control everything inside these PIP windows EXACTLY the same as you can using a traditional AI Eye, as demonstrated below.
For admins, there is a config option to disable PIP entirely - simply set `var/multicam_allowed = TRUE` to FALSE if you wish to disable it from being used. (Please be reasonable.) <3
You can see an example of how this works here:

AI Multicam functionality.
Do note that if the lightbulb in the AI core is busted, the multicam room is dark(er) than it would be, but you can still see your camera windows just fine. (I'll probably fix this later.) It only affects the "matrix" backdrop, the PIP windows are still fine.
This has been runtime-tested with the latest `master` revision and produces 0 runtimes, and has no noticeable impact on server CPU usage.
Polarisport is here! Port of https://github.com/VOREStation/VOREStation/pull/7752
- Adds the update_idle_power_usage() and update_active_power_usage() procs for the respective vars.
- Switches all places modifying those vars directly to call the procs instead.
- This will let us react to the change appropriately, paving the way towards static area power.
- Adds update_power_channel proc for the sake of completeness, but no machines actually modify it so far.
* Combat Mechs Can Punch More Things
Removes the var to check for the 5 things it can attack, instead it can punch anything (but not everything will take damage).

A material's ``radiation_resistance`` was never considered for calculating a wall's cached resistance to radiation. This fixes it. There is another issue involving r-walls not being better at stopping radiation than their normal-wall counterparts made of the same material but fixing that involves a lot of number adjusting to avoid the SM engine from getting twice as protective.

None of these suits are currently accessible in game outside of admin bus. Currently only the pilot voidsuits have other species sprites. Exploration suits are missing sprites for Teshari (Naidh made some for their alternates but I have to add them) and the rig suits are human only. This is to be fixed in the near future, just wanted to get the make workload actually in the game first.

https://github.com/VOREStation/VOREStation/pull/4310https://github.com/VOREStation/VOREStation/issues/3597
* Remove kobold.dm
This file has no sprites and is used nowhere. It does have some kinda cute emotes but without sprites it's useless and has been since 2017 and maybe much longer. I haven't found any references of it's origin either.
~~maybe virgo will do sprites i dunno~~
* Fix yes emote not working correctly.
It's a lazy fix but it works.

* Fixed smes terminal construction requiring more cable than used.
* Fixes laptop blocking grown adults.
* Fixes several typos with oxygen_pump.dm.
* Fix the condimaster not working.
Previously, you simply couldn't make any condiment using this machine. Now you can. There was just missing template which is back in with this PR. (Thanks aronai.)
This means you should consider remplacing it in your kitchens.
* Remove intensity from chemistry machines.
* Add a noise for mining scanners.
This should affects all devices using it too.
* Prevents people from HREF exploiting around the R&D console.
* Lock has a check already, so remove that.

* Changes << to to_chat at request.
* wax staxs
* Fix plastic ashtrays only holding one butt. Now they hold 4butts.
jeez bill.
* Move surgery caps into their own selection.
* Fixes maploading
Imagine you're on the last iteration of this loop, you've done the final column of X coordinates and you're going to set maxx.
Would you want to set it to where you are now, the final X column... or would you want to add ONE MORE beyond the template size for some reason then set it to that?
This bug causes all templates that are the size of normal maps to fail to initialize any atoms if your template is the size of your normal maps, because it tries to obtain a square of size minx, miny, minz, maxx, maxy, maxz to initialize, however maxx is nonextant because it exists outside the bounds of the world. It also causes all submaps to initialize an additional column of atoms twice, or not initialize any if they spawn against the right edge of the map.
* Graves (#5622)
* Adds support for closets storing closets, and graves
* More Grave Things
* Chnglog
* Polaris Vision Tweaks

Don't show admin character names when they reply, and this proc appears to take different options on tg, so was fixed here.
* Prevent people from removing papers from any distances.
* Removes maintenance access from cleanbots
This should stop them from wandering into maintenance never to be seen or heard from again.
* Remove very annoying midi tools
* Magazines improvements (#5666)
* Give sounds to emptying magazines
* Clear some trash in the saber magazines
* The magazine NOW behaves correctly.
* The second half and more casing noises.
* Fixes map and makes everything compile.
* Laser pointers
Adds laser pointers, ported from tg/oldaurora (but heavily modified). They can be found in the loadout, as well as made by science. Science can also upgrade them, which makes them occasionally useful for blinding people, too.
The bugfixes which make several of the features work properly will come in a separate commit.
* Three fixes
Cats now have resting sprites for all 4 directions, instead of just east. This was needed to make cats look like they're pouncing on the laser dot.
Cameras can now be EMPed more than once, and EMPs actually are able to disable them now. This was needed for the shining lasers into cameras feature.
Flash_eyes() now actually displays a flashing animation on your screen when you get flashed (except for silicons, who for some reason are excluded from this unless EMPed). This was needed for laser pointers to have a temporary "blinding" effect when shone into someone's eyes.
(removes errant debug message too, whoops)
* Nerf
Reduced chances of laser pointers doing anything useful on silicons.
Also, fixes a duplicated proc, oops.
* Requested changes
Minor changes as requested - 'cell' to 'diode', view() to viewers(), range() to viewers().
Stops buckled or dead cats from reacting to laser pointers. Zombie cats are fun, but no.
Also, does another small nerf to the effects on silicons.
Removes a very large amount of world loops.
Adds a macro to painlessly generate a global list, and the needed code to modify the list when an object is made or deleted automatically.
Cleans up some commented out code.
* This is PHASE 1 of a multi-phase conversion. In this first phase we implement the subsystem, but leave it processing the existing global list variables. In the next phase we will switch to use datum variables in the subsystem. The main reason for splitting into two phases is ease of code review; change the meaningful code without the hundreds of machines -> SSmachines.machinery substitutions.
* We did declare macros for adding/removing things to the processing lists, and convert everywhere to use the macros.
* Added var/is_processing to /datum to keep track of whether an instance is already in a processing list (prevents it being in the list twice!) and also debugging, making sure its not in two lists etc.
* NOTE: The global machines list is **no longer sorted** for performance reasons. As far as I know, the only module that actually ever cared was cameras. Our camera system already handles its own sorting in the cameranets anyway, so it should no longer be needed.
Now certain weapons can strike faster or slower than usual. No weapons currently do this as this PR just lays the groundwork for that.
The click delay can also be modified with traits. The slime agility modifier makes attacks happen 25% sooner.
Adds debug test verb to display a weapon's DPS. It's really basic but should be sufficient for future force adjustments I might do in the future.
This increases the number of stored camera locations the AI can have at one time, from 10 to 30. This is mostly a quality-of-life update in preparation for the new map, as its multiple floors make navigating around the station as the AI more difficult.
Adds toolspeed var, which is a multiplier on how 'fast' the tool works. 0.5 means it goes twice as fast.
Adds usesound var, which determines what sound is used when a tool is being used.
Changes a lot of code to use those two vars instead.
Adds 'ayyy' tools, which are ported from /tg/'s abductor gamemode. They're currently admin only but I might make them obtainable by xenoarch later.
Adds powertools, also from /tg/. CE starts with them in a new toolbelt that spawns in their locker, ported from (you guessed it) /tg/.
Changes welder sprites to look nicer, ported yet again from /tg/. Modified the blue welder slightly so it can be the electric welder sprite.
Adds various sounds from /tg/, for tools and welders.
Adds a traitor device to warn the traitor if they're being spied or are about to be spied on by the AI or anyone using a camera console.
It will warn the holder by changing color, beeping a specific tone, and sending a message to their chat log. It only does this when the state of spying changes, so it will not spam the chatlog if nothing changes. Only the holder can hear the warnings. It also functions like a regular multitool.
Links many map-specific details such as the station name, z-level information, and allowed jobs from global vars to map datum vars, which should help us maintain multiple maps at once in the future, which will be needed for the future Southern Cross.
Note that a config change will be needed to change GENERATE_ASTEROID to GENERATE_MAP, otherwise no changes should be required to continue normal map usage.
To change to a different map, it's suggested to tick the file that ticks all the other needed files, which for the Northern Star is called northern_star.dm.
A lot of new defines are now in inventory_sizes.dm, which contains;
All the size identifiers (the thing that tells the game if something is bulky, or w/e).
Storage costs for all the sizes, which are exponents of two, as previously.
A few constants for inventory size.
Also changes all storage item's capacity definitions by basing it off of how many 'normal slots' exist for it. This allows one to change the definition for all of the defines in the file, and everything will follow along without needing to change 500 files. In testing, I made all ITEMSIZE_COST_* defines doubled, and nothing had broke.
The benefit of doing all of this is that it makes adding new weight classes in the future much simpler, and makes knowing how much space a container has easier, as seeing ITEMSIZE_COST_NORMAL * 7 means it can hold seven normal items.
The short naming of central command has been really inconsistent across
the game's files. This has always annoyed the shit out of me.
CentComm and Centcomm and Centcom are now all CentCom, specifically with
that capitalization. Why one M instead of two M's? Because Comm with two
'M's = Communications. Hence, Telecomms, NOT Telecoms. Telecoms is
incorrect. CentCom was also chosen because CentCom with one M and this
casing is most found throughout the game's files.
Speaking of Telecomms, I corrected one instance in the game where it's
Telecom. Like I said, this is not correct. There was only one
inconsistency.
Likewise, Nanotrasen has been changed to NanoTrasen. Nanotrasen only
appears 20 times, where NanoTrasen appears 62. NanoTrasen is clearly the
preferred, correct naming.
'chu heard me. S'what it does. When you're on a call, there's a "Start Video" button next to each person. When you click it, you actually look through their thing, like a ghost might if they ghostcalled. You have to stay within 1 tile of a video showing communicator to see it.
Multiple people can share one communicator video stream by setting it on a table or whatever, and examining it. There's a message like "It appears to be showing a video: [view]" and you can click view and you can all look at the video. COLLABORATION. SYNERGY. OTHER BUZZWORDS.
I also added the feature of DECLINING requests from people.
Also communicators show up on a special camera list on security consoles, but the same EPv2 network visibility turns this off as well if you wanna be all hidey. This does mean that people with the visiblity on serve as sort of roaming AI cameras for the AI as well. So the AI can watch you repair the outside of the station or whatever if you want.
Makes the name of the starsystem and station generic such that it can be modified in global.dm and replace the strings where it is used. This won't have an effect on Polaris itself, but makes changing the name much more simple for forks. Using string concat constants on the advice of Psi.
