* Sideports a couple of init unit tests from Neb.
* Trying to unfuck initialize logic.
* Removing del()s.
* Adjusting return values to Initialize().
* Moving some dangerous object logic from obj onto the two types that use it.
* Rolling back some init changes and commenting out initialized atom unit test.
* this comment formatting is a minor war crime
* Removed sleep() from signaler circuit Initialize().
* Additional Init fixes post-rebase.
* Uncomments subsystem test since that's passing.
Shuttle tiles, default floors are still "regular".
Lava, sand, water, grass, beach, mining turfs all have sounds playing now for each footstep. <3
A small balance note - water tiles slow you down by 4, and 8 for deep/ocean tiles. I'll remove these and put them in a separate PR if requested.
Massive credit to @Arokha for helping me figure out the floor system and sitting through getting it put together. <3 <3 <3
- Set initialized = FALSE on unsimulated turfs that need to intialize.
- Most of area/New() to initialize
- Faster lookup of self-init on atoms
- Split air alarm and fire alarm files, move new to initialize
- Tweak decals and opacity

For SPEEDYNESS
It probably works. I mean it's hard to sit there for 8 hours and test it. But it seems to work okay. At worst if it doesn't you'll have weather that doesn't make sense. ;v
* Added "Display Initialize() Log" admin debug command so you can see it mid-round.
* Ported the core of the overlays management subsystem from /tg
- Added SSoverlays subsystem for compiling overlay lists and applying them to atoms in a controlled anti-lag subsystem.
- Added vars and procs to atom which should eventually replace all direct interaction with BYOND's /atom/overlays var outside the subsystem.
- Added OVERLAY_QUEUED flag to var/atom/flags bitfield.
- Added small framework for subsystem performance tracking. So far used only by SSoverlays
- Added admin debug command "Display overlay Log" to see performance stats mid-round.
* Fix runtime on universal pipe adaptor update_icons
* Workaround for appearance_bro not initialized
Unfortuantely BYOND's initialization order is strange, and the appearance_bro var is only half initialized when map starts to load, causing errors. We temporarily fix by moving it to be a global-scoped global.
* Convert fire alarms to use add_overlay() A good first test.
* Convert turfs to use add_overlays(), eliminating the turf_overlay_holder!
- Converted as much as I could find about turf overlays to use add_overlay().
- This should be enough to stop BYOND from crashing, so we can eliminate the turf_overlay_holder hack.
- This also lets us remove the anti-corruption hacks from walls and open space.
- ZAS gas overlays can use priority overlays, so this also fixes the gas-goes-away-when-crowbarring-plating issue.
- Stuff like that
* Convert turf overlay interactions to use add_overlay.
Note: This is a plain and simple conversion of existing code to use SSoverlays. However I look at the line changed, and note that that line likely never fully worked as intended, as it has no way of re-applying itself.
I would make it use a priority overlay, but there is no code present for *removing* said overlay from neighbors when it is no longer required. That code should be implemented by original author.
- Addition of two pilot uniforms x2 pilot helmets x2 pilot uniforms (+ webbing) x1 blue pilot jacket. Basic Teshari sprites included.
- Pilot uniforms done by ASN set as default pilot outfit. Other uniform will be in the loadout when we switch maps
- SAR get Explorer radio channel access
- More map fixes and additions. In theory skies of sif should no longer be vacuum. Oxygen required as super cold.
- Removal of Explorer pilot access due to the shuttles having autopilot now.
Controller with deferrals and SCHECKs to be specific. Won't lag while updating the sun, weather, or temperature.
Also moved some vars around. Namely the planet walls are stored on the planet, not in the weather_holder.
Planets now have their own turfs, the controller 'gives' them to the planets each cycle if there are any unallocated turfs in the global lists, to avoid iterating over other planets' turfs if you have more than one, then cuts the lists if you were crazy and some turf added some invalid type. This saves us type-checking in the for() loops later to make them crunch faster. The former operation should only happen once at the start of the game (and maybe very rarely when turfs are added/removed from a map during the game).
With regards to the temperature updates, rebuilding the zone entirely is an intensive operation. Instead we can use this new cheaty proc to do it from over here. ZAS code outside ZAS oh noooo. Well, the option is to snowflake this case into ZAS which is maybe worse?
Only downside to all this is that if you manually set weather and time it might take between 1-60 seconds for the controller to get around to checking if you wanted to update it. That's not that big a deal. If you really want you can now debug that controller and call doWork on it.
Adds a new type of wall, which makes atmospherics pretend there is actually something beyond the wall that has gas to merge with.
I added some presets for normal air, as well as all of the terrestrial planets of the Vir system.
Shuffled around the pod retrieval shuttle and the syndie shuttle a little bit.
Added fake unsimulated glass windows.

All /world/ stuff that I've found is now in code/world.dm instead of being scattered throughout the code in 6-7 files.
*****IMPORTANT*****
This means that hub.dm is now part of world.dm. Server hosts using the hub will likely have to redo the hub/password variables!
Again, that stuff is now located in code/world.dm
*******************
The tester list has been removed as it is not in use.
/code/defines
- Moved atom.dm code into /code/game/atom.dm and atom_movable.dm
- Moved hub.dm code into /code/world.dm
- Moved the /defines/tanning into objects/item/sheets/leather.dm
- Moved /defines/area/ into game/area/
- Moved turf.dm code into the code/game/turfs folder and divided it up into meaningful places
A lot of the files in /code/game were placed in new areas since they really didn't have a reason to be there.
- algorithm.dm:
- - The world stuff is in world.dm.
- - countJob() and AutoUpdateTK() were removed entirely (unused).
- - AutoUpdateAI() is now in /mob/living/silicon/ai.dm
- atom_procs.dm was split into atom.dm and atom_movable.dm
- cellautomata.dm
- - World stuff was moved into world.dm
- - Atom stuff was moved into atom.dm and atom_movable.dm

machine.process() now uses a return value to remove itself from the processing machines list. This is more efficient and will help reduce costs especially at round start where some 5000+ machines were removed from the list using first-find. Now there is no searching involved. Instead of machines.Remove(src) just do .=PROCESS_KILL that will return the flag to the proc which called it (the MC) and trigger its removal from the list. If you're deleting something don't even bother removing it from the machines list, there is no need to.
Simplified the last_processed stuff for the MC. It's now a single variable rather than 3. It is simply a typepath rather than a reference to an object (this is so it works even if said object is deleted)
MC stats in admin status_panels now show the length of the processing lists (indicated by #). I've just realised I forgot to mention what the abbreviations are:
The less obvious ones are: Dis=diseases; Net=pipes; Pnet=powernets; Mch=Machines; Tick=the game-mode ticker.
Beach-water now uses an overlay image rather than a separate object.
Fixed a typo in the shuttle console.
Hydroponics trays no longer use first-find within their process() for checking the plant is in the tray (why is that even there anyway? talk about lazy)
Removed some junk/placeholder procs like organ/proc/process() return
Removed newscasters from the processing machines lists.

Simple_animal fixes:
- Mice now properly get added to the mob list.
- Simple animals no longer use emotes if they have a client attached.
- Bears no longer run their AI stuff if they have a client attached.
This means that admins can now use the 'Animalize' button to turn players into mice and bears!
Map fixes:
- That window near arrival shuttle is back where it is supposed to be.
- Nuke op shuttle has red floors again.
- Holodeck's beach program once again has a beach.
- The beach once again is a beach.
- Re-added plating in the centcomm control room (where A.L.I.C.E. is.)
