d477b7230f reworked rust components to integrate more smoothly with each other, cleaned up a bunch of useability issues, made all relevant components portable, fixed some random bugs, added a mostly nonfunctional map to show an example layout (based on antiqua's engineering layout)

ffa80e2e94 Ultralight update, less laggy and less buggy. Might still need to be removed, time will tell. Also: Added an Ion Storm law, and reverted the radio mode change back to the new subspace radios. 82ed4f809f Revert "Revert pull request #1605 and #1606 due to temperature bugs killing the crew" since that code did not touch any temperature things, or even any ZAS things and I got no answers even after asking for about 18 hours...

0e6939de85 multiple R-UST tweaks and slight updates. this should fix any (all?) known outstanding bugs. i also modified values to be a bit more gameplay sensible (max average output on standard operating levels is ~150-200k per gen)
