603768f0e5 Changes blueprints to use ChangeArea 
This should fix a bug where using blueprints to set a livable area on turfs without dynamic lighting (such as space) prevents dynamic lighting from properly initializing on turfs in that area.

bugfix - Teshari who are held or worn by someone in an escape pod or shuttle when the round ends now count as having successfully escaped or transferred, instead of only ones not held or worn by anyone.
