* Xenoarch
* Map, cleanup.
* Convert to DCS.

* Allows some xenoarch item-finds to become anomalous.
* Reagents now actually trigger effects correctly.

* Tweaks and Runtime Fixes.
* Adds visual effects to anomalies.
* Generalizes anomaly creation. "become_anomalous()"
* Modify as per comments. Cleans commented reference code.
