15bf7ea10a Some fixes for topic calls and inputs.
There's like 1001 things to fix so some of this is somewhat crude for now.

new helper proc located in procs/helpers.dm
reject_bad_text(var/text)
just feed any text in and it will either return the original text or null (if it contains odd characters such as \ / < > or characters reserved by BYOND. It also rejects if there are no non-whitespace characters)

b0d3396262 -Added fat jumpsuit sprites for orange, owl, pink, security, warden, and yellow jumpsuits. Made the placeholder for suits that don't have a fat sprite a normal grey jumpsuit instead of having the person naked with FAT SUIT written over them.
-Tweaked the way the Somatoray works on trays. Hopefully this will make it more useful and less buggy.
-Botanical leather gloves tweaked. Can now remove lights without getting you burned, basically.
-Botanists given morgue access to better clone people via replicant pods.

a657fa5e9b Fixes guns some. Can't shoot yourself as easily anymore. You can now aim at body parts with your gun. I think the reason you couldn't before was just the failure to pass the def_zone up to the parent, not sure if that was intensional or not.

d835287ddf Changed the way facial scarring works. Instead of setting your real_name to "Unknown" it uses the disfigured variable of a human's head organ to dictate the human's name variable.
This means real_name is now somewhat back to being a reliable source of the mob's actual name. It should eliminate a lot of the "cloning as unknown" bugs.

It also means I could simplify that god-awful name updating stuff into a nice and simple helper proc.

Some original_name stuff was added here and there,  mainly during cloning. A lot of the "getting random ghost names" should  be fixed now. Still loads to do though, particularly with transforms and such. >_>

Fixed a runtime with Tajarans trying to use a variable that doesn't exist for PDAs. Removed that variable from IDs as it's only used by furries.

4dfe439b1a Adds BS12 dismemberment. Not all features of it are implemented yet, but it should be equal to our previous system.
Adds greater changeling code, but doesn't change the genome count yet on it. 
Renames registered to registered_name on IDs because bs12 had it and it seemed like a good idea to do last night.  For some reason.   
Adds an afterattack to mobs that can be used.  (In fairness, lots of shit in attack_hand should be in there instead, like stungloves and stuff, to minimize duplicated code)

eec06043da - Added a rudimentary transformation section to the options panel (show player panel verb). This allows rudimentary mob type changes to any mob. These are however generic and non-mob-specific, as they only copy over some of the most needed variables, such as the three name variables, dna and mind. They do not, for instance, create a MMI for cyborgs. A note of this is also added to the player panel.
- Once you click one of the links a popup will appear asking you whether you'd like to delete the old mob of the player (yes or no) or cancel this transformation.

- Made some changes to admin verbs:
- Rejuvenate verb removed from mobs, is now in the options panel above (heal).
- Drop everything verb moved into view variables, added a confirmation message.
- Mute verb removed from mobs, use the options panel.
- Warn verb removed from mobs, use the options panel.
- Grant full access moved to debug verbs. 
- Rejuvanate as a verb also still exists in debug verbs.

These changes were made to make right clicking a mob not show a million unneeded verbs. They were moved based on the statistics gathered via feedback logging:

eb84712194 - Player panel new now has a link to the traitor panel for players, labeled as TP
- Player panel new will now properly display all antagonists in red
- Added a link to 'check antagonist' to the top of Player panel new.
- Removed some copied, unused files
- Added a default variable to fake insulated gloves for the siemens coefficient. Do not ever set it to default to null! It will break any place where initial(var) is used!

515d422b66 Fixed dust() and gib() leaving invisible overlays everywhere
Fixed deaths at the end of nuke rounds, optimised the code a little

gib() is now hgib() (ie it's specific to humans). gibs.dm() now only spawns generic gibs that could be from any mob.
Likewise for dust.
Awaiting generic dust() and gib() animations.

Fixed (hopefully, depends if firewalls block this method) getruntimelog.
GameMasters no longer have the getruntimelog verb. Instead they have .giverutimelog . This allows them to grant a specific client access to the server's runtime logs. (they can grant themself access this way too). NOTE: runtime logs can be used to meta, only grant access to coders or people you trust. It may also be wise to ensure they do not play in the current round.

Introducing .getserverlog . It allows any admin above moderator to access ANY archived server/attack logs. Should mkae processing forum ban requests a lot easier since all admins with ban capabilities now have access.

getruntimelog renamed to .getruntimelog . File-request spam prevention increased to 60seconds to discourage access serverlogs too much! They can reach sizes of 4Mb sometimes so please be responsible with them admins.

runtime logs should now be saved to /data/logs/runtime/ (you may have to create this folder yourself)

ummm... fixed gibs appearing below shuttle turfs. Trimmed some uneeded fluff text from the logs.

Bibles no longer deconvert cultists to stop the random bible smashing from ruining rounds

Soulstones can no longer capture the manifested ghosts. No more infinite constructs.

7ebdd0ee6e -Added sprites for fat hulks and fat lizardmen. Have fun with that, weirdos.
-New carrot in-tray sprites.
-Added define for bottle of adminordrazine and supporting code for injecting adminordrazine into plants. Basically for debugging, so I don't have to spend 10 minutes injecting plants with mutagen each time.
-Raised the passive species-mutation chance slightly. For real this time.
-Added sprites for red and yellow floorbots into aibots.dmi.
-New PDAs for the botanists and librarian. Sprites for cartridges for both too. (There's some work into a botany cartridge but it's commented out for now)

41ba8a7ae6 -Added soil to plant seeds in. Make it by crushing up sandstone. Soil does not have indicators like trays do! Watch your plants carefully!
-Added money trees. When life gives you lemons, mutate them into cash.
-RnD can create a new tool for botanists: The floral somatoray. Has two modes. Use it on your plants to induce mutations or boost yield.
-Raised the passive species-mutation chance slightly.
-Fixed a goof I made before when I was editing poppies. Woops.
-Changed the name of "Generic Weeds".
-Normalized grass harvests.
-Couple of typo fixes.
-Updooted my changelog.

f91dfe2e0d Updated the barman's shotgun, it acts like a double-barrel now, and he can saw it off.
Added Khodoque's new shotgun sprites.

Added my new gasmask sprites. Removed emergency gasmasks, as the distinction is non-existent.

Very slightly reshuffled some mask stuff around, but it's still godawful.
Medical masks are now /obj/item/clothing/mask/breath/medical

Removed the define for HALFMASK, as it was completely unused.

e582b627f7 - committing the fixed dme
- you can now only have ONE decal of blood per tile. This is to fix the millions of blood effect items that spawned to lag anyone who right clicked them. The most recently created blood item will be the one that remains. This does not effect gibs.

575654babb Rewrote the cinematic system to be centralised and controlled by the gameticker, rather than handled per mob with like, 3 loops and a seperate process for each mob.dmPlease report any bugs/derps to me asap. I've tested it as much as I can locally, but because it relates to events that require a large number of players it's very hard to test.
TODO: I was intending to use dust to kill players off on a nuclear-loss. However dust() is very very broken. So I've hardcoded everything to die until I can fix dust().

Added an adminverb for 'Game Master's. It was a debug verb so I could test cinematics but I've left it in as it might be handy for events, especially if we get more cinematics. To access it type "cinematic" in full into the input bar as a Game Master, then follow the prompts. At the moment, it only handles nuclear stuff (that's all there is anyway). You can choose where the nuke detonated 0= on station; 1= near station but in space; 2= off the z-level. You can also force a cinematic from another game-mode to play with the prompt after that one.

Note: All mobs are buckled to a bed located inside the gameticker (odd I know) whilst a cinematic is playing. The bed is deleted afterwards releasing all players. If off_station=0 then all mobs will be killed too. This is to stop people running around and doing stuff during the cinematic. I really didn't want to add more variables/checks to mobs.

cbd74700fc New Verb added for "Game Master"s: getruntimelog
This verb can only be accessed by typing it in full in the input bar down the bottom of the gamescreen.

HOW DO I LOG RUNTIMES?
Firstly, start dreamdeamon if it isn't already running. Then select "world>Log Session" in dreamdeamon (or press the F3 key)
navigate the popup window to the log/runtime/ folder from where your tgstation .dmb is located.

OPTIONAL:
you can select the little checkbox down the bottom to make dreamdeamon save the log everytime you start a world. Just remember to repeat these steps with a new name when you update to a new revision!

Save it with the name of the revision your server uses (e.g. r3459.txt).

This will allow us to gather information on bugs across multiple servers simply by logging on as a player and asking any Game Master to send us the logs.
Hence making maintaining our codebase for the entire community a TONNE easier :3

19d6e40bae -Added chawanmushi recipe and beet soup recipes. Added a trash plate to metroid sammiches.
-Ambrosia vulgaris now has a mutation. 
-Added 1% chance for a species mutation whenever a plant's stats mutate.
-You now get more descriptive messages when applying mutagen to plant trays.
-Removed sugarcane seeds from the vending machine. They were redundant and had poor sprites and no recipes. Added the seeds to the seeds crate so you can still get them, if you really want to...

a5eaa18d21 -The biogenerator is now more robust. It can dispense fertilizer in batches, and make simple leather items at a high cost.
-Watermelon and pumpkin biomass lowered a bit so biomass isn't totally trivial to acquire.
-Added more wood items for tower cap wood construction: Wooden doors and sandals.
-Added plump helmet biscuits and mushroom soup to kitchen recipes.

1d4b40d915 Added the foundations of a special-day events system. It's a bit more robust, tidy and efficient than calling isDay everywhere. It defaults to disabled. It can be enabled by uncommenting ALLOW_HOLIDAYS in config/config.txt
I've added no content just the foundations. All it does is give the station a holiday themed name and say "Happy [Holiday] Everybody!" at the round-start.

Added a .Set Holiday verb for GM and GA Admins. I'd rather people didn't use it for now (there's not much point as there's no content yet anyway). It's mainly for bugtesting.

Foundations are there to create holiday random events and round-start stuff so we can keep everything together. Check out code/game/gamemodes/events/holidays !


NOTE: This is intended for easter eggs! Little trinkets and such to make these days special. It IS NOT for spawning grief items and game-changing stuff. If you REALLY want to add stuff like that, please speak to the project heads. If it's used for spawning bullshit like poop or grief items I'll just remove my code. Thanks.

Other Fixes:
Oxygen tanks no longer spam BEEPBEEPBEEPBEEP at everybody nearby. That only happens for the person holding them.

04f0a79866 Rewrote blackholes (gravitational anomalies) and wormholes to try and optimise them a little. If you have any concerns about how I've done so just give me a shout and I'll either rework them or revert my changes back. Wormholes especially seem a bit faster on my laptop. Smoke has temporarily been removed from the blackhole event until I get time to investigate why the hell effect_systems are using so much memory ( spark effects were using 40% of my processor a second ago D: ). To compensate this I made them a new sprite.
Commented out the authentication system. It was the remnants of the old goon authentication stuff (or maybe even older) and wasn't actually used in our code at all (at least not in any useful way, it was merely called and short-circuited to 1, so all those if(authenticated) were totally pointless. This has removed 3 unused variables from every client, a bunch of unused variables from the config and two empty text files!

Committed (as a config option) a feature requested by Apoc station. It causes a 'reply to' window to popup when an admin PMs a non-admin player. It's meant to grab their attention so they can't say "I didn't see your PM". It defaults to off. To turn it on just uncomment the #POPUP_ADMIN_PM line in config/config.txt

Fixed a derp in isday where it was fetching the month instead of the day.

Removed medal references from Gib()

Removed the medal_hub global variables because they aren't used in any way shape or form.

018fc28b84 Adds a borg upgrade that increases their speed. Requires gold.
Decreases the number of secret rooms to 3, changes secret room artifacts to be based off weight, adds more potential secrets.
Adds a new type of facehugger that is more aggressive.

Rewrote wielded weapons to be their own weapon subclass. There was no point having a var/wielded var/twohanded var/force_unwielded var/force_wielded for every damn item when there is only 1 wield-able weapon anyway. All the wield-able stuff is now in twohanded.dm

Changed the adminhelpsound to some creative commons sound I pinched. Until somebody can get a better one. I'm sick of MAAAAAAAAOOOOOOW.

All PMs trigger the adminhelp sound. That means when you OM a player they get the sound, if a admin is PMed they only hear it if their adminhelp sounds are enabled. This should allow people to get eachother's attention when t he chat is busy.

Fixed some bad code with poddoors (which is used for the shutters in QM)

fffd0c5730 Removes bananaium from resource crates
Removes facehuggers until we finally fix the xeno procs,

398a8ee6a0 •CONTRABAND UPDATE: Finalised posters. Bugless and thoroughly tested. They're so simplistic it wasn't really hard.
•How to obtain: 
1.Get the circuitboard of your supply computer
2.Multitool it and set its receiver to the appropriate spectrum
3.Put it back in. You can now order contraband
4.Note that contraband is illegal. Security can do whatever they wish to it, and therefore you for bringing it on board, within logical boundaries.

Apart from that, I would like to start the small project of adding references of every on-wall object to the actual contents of the wall. I think of it as nice if we could have walls drop contents (in some unfinished form, so it actually makes a difference) once deleted so we don't have any more of those pesky hovering-over-nothing decals/machinery/whatever

92fedfe8df An attempt to make the master controller more robust. This shouldn't cause terrible additional lag, given that the master controller doesn't actually fire that often, and can also give us a clue as to what part of the controller has died in case of failure
Modifies do_after to something that fires a lot less, and is hopefully more robust against infinite loops. It is now theoretically possible to run around and then come back to the same place and have it complete, but that's only really valid for extremely long times (like handcuff removal) and if you get lucky and dodge one of the timed checks.

97ee64f5e9 Fixes a missing " in a file
Adds a borg reset upgrade that can revive a dead borg, valued at roughly half the cost of a new borg body.
The world restart when everyone dies will no longer fire if someone else is revived during the 30 seconds.

3385621585 Adds randomlly spawning rooms to the mining asteroid that contain various goodies. (Among them are a modified traitor beacon, a cloaking device and a closet full of resources so you can go build your own honk.)
These rooms will spawn at least out of range of space and the explored pathways, so at the very least some mining is required to even detect them with mesons.
Adds a borg upgrade system. Right now, it just contians a borg reset module that allows the borg to choose their module again.  Adds some support code to borgs to suppot flashproofing and renaming.
Adds a few various admin commands like a quick-list of objects (which is hardcoded) and a command to break the local air group.

219565eac6 Updated Cell charger and recharger
Cell charger and Recharger are now wrenchable to make them moveable
Cleaned up autolathe code, removed the delay when inserting sheets, using any item on it while maintence cover is open will result in cable window opening.

11a30e09b4 Bugfix: Pumpkins no longer disappear while growing in trays.
Bugfix: Potatoes and Pumpkins can be picked up in plant bags again.
Bugfix: Trying to make one of the new hydroponics items when the object is not on the ground (in-hand, backpack, etc) now works properly.
