Fixes FBP heatsink not working for teshari ( #7725 ) ...
* Fixes FBP heatsink not working for teshari
The heatsink organ was using a species var that hadn't been defined for teshari so their thermostat was just using human values.
* Also fixes tajara temperature levels.
