Novacat c5a145b8c1 Technomancer log adjustments (#7978) 
* Technomancer log adjustments

Moves Projectiles from admin logs to attack logs, to reduce spam. May also move other spells too.

* Update projectile.dm

* More ports!

* Forgot to delete an old admin log

* Modifier has no user.
