Apparently that meteor gun I forgot to comment out had the wrong path in its attack_self(). Instead of the meteor gun shooting meteors, every /obj/item/weapon could shoot them when clicked on.

Here's a pile of runtime fixes to go along with this.

put_in_hands() now makes objects behave like they were just dropped when it dumps them on the floor due to there being no free hand to put it in. (i.e. it calls object.dropped() and resets the layer.)

Added recursive_mob_check() proc. It will recursively loop through an atom's contents and check for mobs, then it will loop through every atom in that atom's contents. It will keep doing this until it checks every content possible. This will fix any problems with mobs, that are inside objects, being unable to hear people due to being in a box within a bag.
