Darius 86573ed01c Minor auto-cryo improvements 
This commit does the following
- Adds auto-cryo logging for when a mob isn't added to the list
- Adds an exclusion condition for dead mobs
- Changes list length checking method to `LAZYLEN`
- Fixes a typographical mistake in configuration text

Darius 3926a688fa Auto-cryo fixes and improvements 
This commit makes the following changes:
- Adds check for VR mobs
- Adds check for mob in VR sleeper
- Adds check for SSD mobs existing
- Adds logging to SSD list changes
- Adds logging to cryo trigger interaction
- Adds defines for config values
- Removes trailing white space
- Changes configuration to read time setting on process

Removes the enabled check, warning time, getting ckey, logging, and alerting in chat. These features were unused.

Increases the subsystem wait time from 30 to the minimum time required to activate on a user.

Darius 19b11de934 Initial release for automatic SSD cryo 
Adds and removes SSD mobs from a global list when logging in and out. Users on the list exceeding the time limit are sent to cryo.
