Replace all modular HTML spans with defines spans
...
In total:
- Adds span defines for `reallybig hypnophrase`, `big warning`, `header`
- Fixes a missing apostrophe for hypno stare
- Makes a special exception for cuddling.dm, which uses an irregular span
- Puts the spans file back

Coats and helmets' spots are now a little darker, also for coats:
- Made linings a little detailed;
- Added colored cuffs;
- "Insignias" are no longer square on the side-view;
Polychromic variant is now divided into 3 spots:
- Insignias/Arm Patches;
- Cuffs;
- Linings;
Item-state/HUD icons weren't updated because laziness.
