Add new cybernetic organ: Mesmer Eyes
...
Adds the new Mesmer Eyes cybernetic organ, which can be used to grant any crew member the Hypnotic Gaze quirk ability. Users who already posses the quirk will instead switch to brainwashing mode, in which the ability creates brainwashed victims.
The new organ can be researched after both Alien Surgery and Cybernetic Organs, and printed in the same location as other cybernetic eyes.
Also reduces the intensity of examine text to prevent it from being overly distracting.

Removed the gfluid implant from the service lathe since you can't get the implanter itself from there, meaning you have to go to another lathe that has it anyway.
