Darius 2589833163 Nudist quirk refactor ...

This commit does the following involving the nudist quirk:
- Add examine text
- Add mood gain/loss messages
- Add signal support
- Add proper removal support
- Remove processing
- Remove useless comments
- Remove useless returns

And the following general changes:
- Add signal `COMSIG_MOB_UPDATE_GENITALS` for proc `update_genitals()`
