Leshana 0acd01049c Implement SSInput subsystem and Diagonal Movement 
- SSInput subsystem for running movement inside the tick.
- Switch skin.dmf to use KeyUp/KeyDown procs for movement keys.
- Logic to do responsive diagonal movement.
