Adds Lanterns to Loadout Selection
...
What it says on the tin. This is a nice cosmetic subdivision of flashlight. Rather than a fluff request, why not open it to everyone? It doesn't have any real advantages over a maglight and is fun flavor, if there aren't any concerns.

Both pre-made and custom species may now choose up to 10 messages each for warnings while overheated or cold.
If there are no custom messages, game falls back to defaults (which, if the pre-baked species lacks fluff, uses human)
There is a way to reset to defaults.
It is possible to go back and edit any of the 10 messages. The editor shows you the previously set message with an option to cancel out (this avoids over-writing the previous message).

This adds a new Security jumpsuit that looks a little less bad than the basic one, edited from one Polaris added a while back. It also adds it to loadout selection and to the uniform vendor. My first contribution to ss13 and my first spritework!

allowed_roles chaplain doesn't let you spawn in an item if you join as chaplain. I have no idea how to fix that
