#Added a Halogen Counter function for engineering PDAs. Measures radiation of a mob.
#Brain/MMI code overhaul. Brains/MMIs should no longer screw up when the brain is deleted. MMIs should now properly eject from cyborgs if they are blown up, among other changes. Brains no longer die when transferred between containers but won't be able to speak without a container.
#Added a research MMI that comes with a radio built in. The brain can toggle the radio functions on or off via verb panel (MMI).
#Traitor code words will now use the crew roster for name generation 70% of the time.
#Ghostize() is now a lot more robust. If you need to throw someone into a ghost if they are killed/whatever, use it.

Added a direction finding algorithm for target, get_dir_to(). Mostly useful for positioning sprites in relation to a target. Such as energy beams, lines, and so on.
Changes to ninjas. Fixed a bunch of bugs and finished content. It is now possible to drag people with you when phase jaunting/shifting. Jaunting/shifting should also kill livestock, huggers, and damage mechs.
Renamed /obj/spell path to obj/proc_holder/spell in order to have a generic proc_holder category. For now it only works for the AI but can be expanded to other mobs.

For an example, let's say the phrase is: culture, wine, admit. The response is: massive, tired, doctor's delight. A traitor may begin a conversation with something like: "A man of culture always drinks wine, I must admit. What do you think?" The response to that: "When I am massively tired, I drink doctor's delight. Otherwise, I abstain." The example is best referenced in the Bar, or any place where drinks are available. With enough creativity and linguistical acumen, it may be used elsewhere.
The point here is to make conversation seem as natural as possible while providing traitors a means to recognize each other. The words do no have to be exact, either. Quarter Master may be QM and the Captain may be Cap'n. Traitors should still recognize what is being communicated--or not.
#Deactivated AI cores are no longer mobs. This is mostly cosmetic. You cannot gib a deactivated AI since it will be an object, not a mob. It will also not announce arrivals since it's an object, not a mob (this is an improvement, in my opinion).
#Some code tweaks to AIs. They will now auto-start with a random name instead of their default-chosen name (which is still changeable).
#Intelicards should no longer constantly refresh the window when they are being wiped.
#Added new mech sprite.

Fixed PDA flashlight.
To clarify, you can still use the PDA when you are stunned/weakened. This was always the case, apparently. You cannot use the PDA when knocked out or dead.
You can now stick an ID card into a PDA without clicking 400 times (click on PDA with card in hand).
Changed how the ninja suit functions in relation to energy. It will now hold a power cell as APCs/Borgs/etc.
Ninjas can now replace their starting power cell (reduced to high capacity/10000) with larger capacities. Drain the cell as normal to do it. On that note, hyper-capacity (30k) cells added to research.
Can now drain energy from a recharger. Much like draining from wire.
Added cooldown to certain ninja abilities. It is a global cooldown; meaning, most abilities will be unusable until it finishes. Usually a second.
Some icon changes for ninjas.

Players now cannot rejoin the game if their mobs were gibbed/burned while they were disconnected.
Cremating/gibbing for meat now counts as death with triggering log records, gamemode checks, sql reports, etc.
Fixed some bugs with enabling verb ghostize().
Fixed bug with DNA Machine popping out from the protolathe.

You can eject ingredients from the microwave. However, you cannot get back your reagents, they will be lost and can make microwave dirty.
Essence of Banana was renamed to Banana Juice.
Added Carrot Juice. Heals eyes much slower than imidazoline.
Carrots now contain imidazoline (however, carrot cake contains more imidazoline).
Potency for peppers, tomatoes, carrots and druggy mushrooms should work now.

Note for coders: in order to help with seaching of health-related bugs I have moved many procs from /mob/ under /mob/living/.
Also, done some clean up and rearranging.
Results:
-admin rejuvenating now works again;
-people screams if getting creamated while still alive;
-diseases actually loose your health;
-monkeys wearing masks receive protection from acids as humans did;
-and other minor fixes and improvements.
Bugfix for imbuing a talisman.
RD now spawns with only 2 pens instead of 3.
Audible emotions can be heard by people outside of locker/other container.

A new powerful microwave code allows completely new recipes.
All cooked food all have transferred in all the reagents which ingredients had (except of nutriments).
A new neat food sprites from Farart.
New/changed recipes for cooking with microwave:
- Berry Pie was replaced with Berry Clafoutis with new sprite. Recipe: 2 flour, 1 egg, 2 berries (not berryjuice);

#Phase Shift will no-longer show up in the Ninja verb panel. You can right-click on turfs only to use it.
#Ninjas can now spawn a sword in their active hand. Besides killing dudes, it's also useful for slicing through doors, lockers, walls, and so on. It'll disappear if dropped or thrown, and it cannot be placed in containers.
#Ninja mask now works differently when mimicking voice. You start out as "Unknown" and when toggling the voice changer it will randomly change your name with some variations.
#If you switch the name back to "Unknown" you will re-active voice masking which is much less silly this time. The only way for someone to determine your true name is to remove the mask. Postmodern Space Bushido demands that you only reveal your identity in honorable combat!

It is now fully implemented, though I might continue work on it (especially with all the bugs no doubt present in the code). To turn on wizards spawning with an spellbook that gives object spells as opposed to verb spells, uncomment the FEATURE_OBJECT_SPELL_SYSTEM line in config.txt
For the end user, the vanilla (without spell var editing) wizard, the only two differences are having to click spells to use them (not being able to right-click stuff and cast spells that way or type them in the command line) and having a nice little countdown for a spell's recharge time.

Assigned categories to assorted verbs that lacked them. Commands tab is now more or less gone. Instead, things are in "IC" for things like say, whisper, me, that are inherent to you, "OOC" for things like OOC chat, and "Objects" for verbs originating from the world around you. I suppose for those non-admins in the audience, you now also get an "Admin" tab, because I stuffed adminhelp and adminwho in there.
This change was only to verbs defined as verbs in the code, procs that are assigned to things as verbs are far more numerous and harder to isolate, but also mostly admin-related.

Admins now have an extra bit in their status tab that monitors the master controller.
Under normal circumstances, it should say "no" during pre-round, switch to "yes" for the first few seconds of the actual round, then switch to "no" while occasionally blinking to "yes". If it stops blinking to "yes", the master controller has broken and you need to press the button.

Previously: After clicking on one thing, you could not click on another thing before 1 second had passed, and had to spam until 1 second had passed.
Now: After one click, if there's a second click right after, it will be queued and executed automatically after the 1 second has passed.
Tried to remove redundant DblClick() entries and changed them to QueueClick() where appropriate. Report for bugs.

- New "empulse" proc. Works similarly to "explode" proc. It triggers the "emp_act" proc on everything within range. emp_act are effects similar or identical to the effects of the emp grenade. Any major changes to emp effects listed below. Note: EMPs now affect items in your backpack.
- New admin right-click command: EM Pulse. You can create an empulse at the desired location with a size you choose. Similar to Explosion command.
- disable device spell, emp grenade, and disable tech rune all use empulse now.
- New "disable device" spell datum added.
- EMP'ed gas canisters no longer drain the station of power.
- When a borg is EMP'ed, all objects in their module get their emp_act proc triggered.

- Very flexible - you can edit some of the spell's vars on the fly, or hardcode variations of the core spells.
- Everyone can access it - you could even have observers with spells.

Wizard spells will be selectable through a time, instead of PDA/other. Currently inserted as the radio uplink.
Spells are now contained within a single file.
Added new spell, mind transfer. Allows the user to swap bodies with any available (non-braindead) human being. Traitors, changelings, and other similar people are not affected. It is possible to lose spells during the transfer. 1 minute cooldown. Probably still has bugs and/or balance issues.
Wizard teleport cooldown increased to 60 seconds.
All humanoid aliens (other than queen) may now vent crawl.
Hunters gain shorter devour time and a new ability to regurgitate their victims (if they are still alive).

Aliens are now scary. Be careful of all those friendly xenos running about.
Scythe-like arms can now seriously injure you if they get an opportunity.
Spit now costs 50 plasma instead of 25. It works like a taser (no more homing spit). The effect is the same as the old spit but instead of fire loss, it deals toxin damage. Riot shields can still block spit 50% of the time.
Spit overloads (stuns) a cyborg's receptor circuit for 5 seconds, dealing 10 fire damage.
Spit has a new projectile icon.
Aliens can now properly attack monkeys, dealing heavy damage.
Can now interact with other aliens via attack. Larva cannot interact as such. Currently bugged where two similar messages show up on interaction. Will be fixed asap.
Slightly higher damage to cyborgs. Aliens can now caress cyborgs with their scythe-like arms.
Slightly higher damage to exosuits.
Invisibility now works for 15 seconds instead of 30.
Resin wall now costs 100 plasma instead of 200.
Face huggers now have 10 health instead of 25. There is also a 30% chance of not being paralyzed after a facehugger leap. The paralysis itself lasts half as long.
Aliens can now break glass, grills, and tables, and light fixtures without using acid.
Adult aliens can now also climb over tables/racks.
Fixed the acid verb not properly showing up.
Fixed stab/disarm never properly showing up.
Larva now get a verb to hide under tables as the old code didn't work.
More alien emote fixes. Larva should now properly be gender neutral.
General changes:
Devouring time has been extended so it takes 10 seconds for all mobs. You must remain still (and the target), to devour someone.
Hulks can break through grills a lot faster than before.
Added smoothwall shuttle code by Urist (and icons by Rolfero).
Added a new dmi for gimmick items. Moved a few gimmick items there.

CentCom Special Ops shuttle updates.
Removed gib implants from SS13 until we figure out what to do with them.
They are now located on CentCom for a future revision.
Added air alarms to Fore Primary Hallway.
Disintegrate now leaves different remains for robots and aliens.
