Freezer crates, freezer boxes, cryobags, and medical grippers now properly preserve organs, as well as organs attached to organs.

The surgical kit can now contain the equipment it came with. It can also not contain more items of a given type than it was spawned with.
This means that even if the storage container otherwise has sufficient space it can, for example, still only ever contain 1 surgical saw.

Equipment now first checks if an id card may be removed, rather than always forcefully doing so.
Station synthetics now have a custom id, rather than re-using the captain's spare, as utilizing robotic storage would otherwise make their id cards available for public use.
Transmission of emotes, visible_message() and say() refactored. All three use get_mobs_or_objects_in_view() to find objects and mobs in containers
Storage objects and closets no longer transfer hear_talk(), see_emote() or show_message() to contents, as this is already covered by the above changes
Storage cost of an item is now twice that of the next smallest item, instead of being equal to the w_class.
Items with w_class 1 or 2 are unaffected. This produces much better behaviour for containers that are limited
by storage space instead of slots, such as how toolboxes are planned to work in a future update.
Security and medical belts could contain now no longer existing objects. These types have been removed.

Got rid of the stupid hold.loc = usr hack. Now not necessary, as storage is refactored so that there is now an explicit proc for when a mob opens up a storage to view the contents. Removed the inaccessible if statement in /obj/item/weapon/storage/MouseDrop() (bad automerge?)
