Verkister db7c90b33d Fixes the small hud buttons not getting hud colors 
Fixes the crafting, nif, charsetup, and vorepanel hud buttons not getting the user's hud color and transparency prefs applied.

Basically for more common usage for place we would prefer people couldn't peek into before people are there ICly, like gateways.
