Since Teshari are allowed to be created as a custom race to begin with, I'm not seeing too many issues with this change.
Tested on local and the main thing to note is that the user has to choose Icon Base as Teshari to avoid any weirdness with gear, otherwise works as expected.
-I just happened to feel so extra again and wanted to use my github dog logo somewhere, which happened to become a custom icon for eggnerd robolimb design disk.

Species now 'suggested' by robolimb manufacturer, helps with getting the correct hairstyle choices for each synth, so Taj have access to Taj hair styles and whatnot in mirrors if they are using a Taj-based synth. Also adds a DSI Akula variant that Zalvine should touch up later hopefully.
