c6b650afa5 Changed some new gun names based on feedback.
People prefer fantasy names for modern guns! Left names like the Mosin
and Tommygun because they're too ironic to change, even in the 26th
century.

ea6754597e Ports Bay's Robolimb Changes (#1779)
* Consolidates copypasta for repairing robolimbs

Also prevents self-repairing a limb you are using to hold the tool

* Fixes robot organs becoming undamagable after reaching cap

* Fixes repairing with cable not using any cable, repairing with weldingtool not doing eyecheck

* Removes ORGAN_ROBOT and ORGAN_ASSISTED flags, fixes #13123

* Fixes damage to robotic limbs not triggering organ processing

At the same time, robotic limbs with damage don't need to process.
However, it's much safer to explicitly have robot limbs return 0 from
needs_process() instead of not rechecking bad external organs.

* Build on HarpyEagle changes to apply to Polaris

Had to apply the change from flag to an enumeration.

* Removes unneeded file

* Fix bruisepacks, remove heart

Well, the unused bay version of the heart anyway

* Tweaks examine, reverts isSynthetic

Reverted that because Bay doesn't use it the same way. Also changed Examine to not list every robo-limb on non-FBPs in red, but left them listed as normal per Spookerton

* Splits uplink categories into separate files and moves other files around

* Corrects an incorrect description

* Puts uplink categories in uplink_categories into the same order as they are individual files

* Mercenaries now spawn with their own private uplink.

* Adds a random discount to uplink items that is applied every 15 minutes

beda3185eb Reverts the second mob clean up because of incomplete implementation.
This caused an error that would then cause machinery to hang on the server, and was reproduced successfully.

b779f721ae Moves antag text to antag levels. Changes renegade text from default to make it clear they're minor antagonists meant to resist the major ones. Ports Bay's port of this.  Did it manually because of ugly merge conflicts.
What Psi did:
Admins can now see and set ambitions in antag panel.
Makes is_special_character() a bit better.
What I did:
Setting ambitions, with the verb or with admin powers, is now logged.
Round-end text changed to be blue instead of bolded, for better readability.
Makes the ambition system known to the antag at the bottom of the chat log instead of before the 'you are a X' prompt.

4cb95b7f38 A large amount of changeling changes.
Round-end report now displays a history of powers the changeling had bought for that round, including resets.
Renames purchasedpowers to purchased_powers because I like my underscores.
Changelings can always be absorbed by other changelings if the body is husked.
Reviving clears the husked status, fixing an exploit where a ling could be husked and alive, and be unabsorbable.
A stronger variant of the armblade is available if one also buys recursive enhancement (totaling 5 points).  The stronger variant has 30 armor pen, but no additional effects.
A stronger varient of the electric hand is available for those who buy recursive enhancement, which does more halloss and costs less chemicals to channel electricity, also costing 5 points.
Normal electric hand made a little stronger when using it by grabbing someone, since grabbing is harder.
Cryosting description now says it has a cooldown.
Delayed toxin sting also now says it has a cooldown.
Changes log produced when using finger-lockpick.
Endoarmor description made slightly more accurate, for those which may not have a base health of 100.
Enfeebling string now reduces a person's health by a percentage, so teshari are not instantly killed by a recursive enhanced version of it.  Enfeebling sting now has a 5 minute cooldown as well.
Replaces some sleep numbers with X SECONDS/SECOND to make it more clear how long it is.
Transforming will wipe your flavor text, instead of keeping your previous identity's flavor text.

acc78a8000 Changes types of ghosts and eyes
``/mob/dead/observer`` -> ``/mob/observer/dead``
``/mob/eye`` -> ``/mob/observer/eye``

Reason being that they are similar in that they both don't interact with
the world in any way. Some procs were shared, some checks as well, and
it overall makes more sense this way. Plus, there were no ``/mob/dead``
mobs.
