cd153ad975 Aghosted mobs no longer act as SSD
Removed player_logged var since it didn't serve it's intended purpose and replaced with aghosted var. Changed SSD checks to only look at client since regardless of what key gets set to I think we probably don't want players being told a mob is SSD if there is some client controlling it.

278a4c38ec get rid of mob.see_in_dark and species.darksight
They don't work with the current lighting system and cause weird artifacts.

990530d118 Ports /vg/'s spell system for the sake of cult porting.
Does offer a much more pleasant basis to work with in the future, if someone wishes to add more spell-like abilities.

464d702d4b Mob refactoring.
Updates Bump() code.
Intents now use constants.
Simple animals can now use languages without overriding say().
There is now a difference between being able to smash normal and reinforced walls.
Reworks simple_animal/attackby so that constructs don't need to override it simply to add damage resistance.

3f16754e89 Third refactor for examine system! This time we go back to atom-var based system, but because strings are tabled, it's apparently okay.
The entire system is now self-contained inside a module folder.
Also fixes a runtime I made because ghosts lack a mind (and so do I)

f5ccbe5ba7 Cleans up human stance code
Merges leg_tally and can_stand, streamlined the stance checks in organ processing.

Removes half-implemented has_limbs (assigned to 1 but never updated anywhere).

Having only one foot now slows you down.

c4875e7d36 Floating effect now uses animate() instead of pixel_y while loop thingy.
Distinct actions that indefinitely change a mob's pixel_y or pixel_x, like strapping someone to a roller bed, should also alter new variables old_y or old_x accordingly. This means that floating and jittering animations no longer interfere, as the animations use old_x/old_y as the "base" position.

Entering areas with gravity from areas without grabity now removes floating effect.

First pass on major conversion of xenomorphs to a human subspecies. Additional condensing of various redundant mob verbs.
Converted larva and diona to their own class, collapsed the rest of xenomorphs into a human species, other stuff.
Completely removed attack_alien(). Still have to reimplement some of the lost behavior for human/alien.
Reapplies lost attack_alien() functionality other than tackling/caressing.
Further alien/humanoid cleanup and xenospawn fix-ups. Also uncommented caste verbs.
Removed half-finished abilities system since species.dm handles it.
All xenomorphs functionality should be working now, other than the HUD, tackling and the xenomorph balance issues.
Added icons for xenomorph castes, moved broadcast languages into datums, removed alien_talk and robot_talk vars.
Merged with organ removal code.
Reapplied verbs to simple_animals/slimes. Updated species definitions to have appropriate organs.
Readded tackle as a human verb.
Borer changes regarding brain removal.
Working on moving the human HUD to the species datum a bit. Mixed results.
Moved Cortical Link to a language, added borer husks.
Tidied up the HUD stuff. Still need to make it rebuild properly when species is changed, but this will do for no
Compile fix, forgot the DME.
Fixed up ventcrawl, added new organ mechanics for dionaea.
Fixed up some overlooked sections causing mobs without brains to die immediately.
Fixed up plasma generation for queens, bugs with organs, force_organ issues with set_species().

6a90016b80 Added tracking of inactivity in chatbar.
Now indicator will disappear if for 30 seconds contents of chatbar didn't change.

Moved all relevant vars to the typing_indicator.dm
Added 'typing' var, as 'if(!(typing_indicator in overlays))' didn't work and overlays kept being added forever.
Fixed preference toggle feedback being backwards.
Fixed wrong verb called in hotkeys mode.

12364f0cd2 Adds typing indicator.
It's toggleable as client preference.
Displays dots(codersprite) near the mob when he starts typing a message.
Detects chatline me and say via checking contents.
Detects shortcut input me an say via hacky wrapper that's called now instead of direct say/me verbs.

e92bb6a02b Two config variables added - disable_player_mice and uneducated_mice. The first, if enabled, prevents players from spawning as mice, and the second, if enabled, prevents mice from understanding human speech (which they now do my default)
universal_understand = 1 now allows player-controlled mobs to understand what everybody is saying without necessarily allowing them to talk back intelligibly. Mice have universal_understand = 1 by default.

Added eyes as an internal organ, removed the eye-stat var on mobs and changed it to properly direct it to eye damage. Altered all reference.

Updated the sleeper to allow for ejection of the beakers and occupants in panel.

Updated the body scanner to check for prosthetics/mechanized organs, and inform the individual of the blind disability.

Laid the groundwork for mechanical and assisted internal organs.

Groundwork for chemical: Peridaxon, a chemical that allows for the slow regeneration from organ damage.

71bdaa1698 Fully reverts clickdelay change.
It was immensely buggy with certain mobs, and server lag all but negated the benefits.
