21bf516fc0 Replicant Species
This PR makes the replicant outsider species a whitelist species after an application was made to play one as a crew member.

Added the Gamma Replicant station species, accessible via whitelist only. This species has additional weaknesses (radiation and shock). They have a few unique organs: The crew version of the rage heart can only activate once every 60 minutes (rather than every minute) but lasts for 40 seconds. The mending lungs repair a few organs very very slowly, instead of extremely quickly. The plasma sac generates plasma a little faster without added phoron.

Changed ventcrawl to specifically allow replicants to take underclothes and pocket sized items with them. I've balanced this for replicants only, but could remove the species check if wanted.

Changed alien and resin structures so that they can also be destroyed by replicants (though more slowly than aliens).

4c54f0beeb Flying over water/snow does not slow
Wow this was simpler than I thought. This PR allows people with winged flight (or otherwise a human mob that has flying=1) to fly over snow and water without incurring the effects of either. They shouldn't get wet, get slowed, or proc traits like aquatic (movespeed buff) nor bad swimmer (hewp im dwowning).

Lava will still kill you, ice will still slipstun you, and other things that are not water/snow turfs will otherwise remain unaffected. You also still slip when flying. The limited scope is mostly for balance reasons since a 0 point positive with downsides (activating this will make every wall/desk/table/lamp/console etc a PvE hazard, fast af nutrition burn) should only have limited upsides (be flying, activating this lets you ignore some things you are only mildly inconvenienced by without the trait). Maybe later I'll make "Superior Flight" that costs a couple of points and ditches most of the downsides (I am totally keeping the wall smacking tho, hitting windows is avian culture).

e0ed60c890 Hostile mob friends!
Added 1 new hostile mob, the homunculus. This mob will transform into the first person that it sees, and will gain potential attack and armour depending on what that mob is wielding without copying it exactly.

Added 3 new variants of the corrupt hound, fire breather, fast and laser. They have slightly modified sprites to make them easy to identify. I have been using these mobs a lot in events lately and it'd be nice to give them some variety.
