4e21145c89 Fixes corpses spamming empty ghosts 
Fixes movement based ghosting from a dead body spamming ghostize proc without any cooldown, resulting in a crapton of empty ghosts lingering around.

There are some you can't do for this reason or that, but simplemobs have most of the same emotes as carbon mobs now. 

So. Dogs can awoo. Cows can Moo. 

And all of them can flip.

a89552ac11 Fix gliding animations with diagonal movement. 
- Timing of glides so they take twice as long as cardinal moves.
- Fix smooth glide of pulled objects when moving diagonally.

- SSInput subsystem for running movement inside the tick.
- Switch skin.dmf to use KeyUp/KeyDown procs for movement keys.
- Logic to do responsive diagonal movement.

1b872dbc0f Some plane tweaks. 
-Defines a new plane for things that are above objects without casting shadows on fake ao.
-Moves a bunch of effects that aren't supposed to cast shadows on planes that don't cast shadows.
-Also tweaks these things for some other things, such as cliffs and resting prottie blobs.

Like, when chicks grow up, they can play as the chicken
they can also play as mobs that are released from cargo crates
