0f55842d0b Even less tapping.
Synths replying to messages through their PDA log or chat window should no longer cause the tapping message to appear.
Unsure if pAIs ever tapped, risk now greatly reduced.

68f4f1809e AI PDA tapping fix
An AI should no longer tap on a non-existing screen with its non-existing fingers while writing PDA messages.

b54a3056c7 Improved PDA power monitor for clarity
The PowerON cart will now display the area that the power monitor is located to make it clear that you're looking at the power monitor, not the actual power net. This comes up when multiple power monitors have the same name.

aeea0b0bd6 PDAs now behave properly with unconnected power monitors
Resolves an issue where the PDA would throw a runtime and a client side error when attempting to communicate with a power monitor that wasn't connected to a power net.

4cc2bd4e3d Sending PDA messages and talking in radio things now triggers autoaim.
With PDA messages it also gives visible message, for baddies without autoaim-capable guns to consider.

d5e9851b62 integrate XGM into the code
New turf proc: assume_gas().  Maps to air.adjust_gas_temp().
Lots of optimizations to processing, fire, lighting, HasEntered() and
 more.
Zones now process all fire data and existance in one go, fire objects
 only handle spreading.
Most code has been ported straight so some of it mightn't be ideally
 structured for the new gas_mixtures.

e37a70089b Tweaks for spam #2
Added brackets surrounding tokens to make whitespace and empty tokens
removable.
Slightly modified ion storm behavior.
Increased duration required to stop spam to 5 minutes.
Added ability to expand spam filter limit with installation of message
monitor circuits.
People will see why their message been discarded.
Discarded messages will be highlighted with red color in message log.

6e56a81531 PDA NanoUI bugfix.
modes that update every 5 ticks won't require clicking the pda 5 times to get a UI window open.

We now check to see if a UI already exists if not we don't check

aa9141fb75 NanoUI Optimizations.
We won't regenerate the list for Manifests every tick while viewing the manifest, instead we have a global variable for it PDA_Manifest that we Cut() if there is a change to the manifest then when the next player goes to view the manifest on their PDA it will recreate the list that one time.

Some sections of the PDA will no longer auto-refresh every tick because...well that's dumb.

Modes that will no longer autoupdate at all:  Viewing medical/sec records, viewing notes (will update when you change them of course), and the station alert menu.
Modes that will only autoupdate every 5 ticks:  APC list (Because it's a huge fuck off list), the manifest, mulebots and secbots screens, supply requests/orders, and janitor supply locator)

Some other things that I just can't remember right now.

02d8093daa PDA NanoUI Optimizations.
Since we no longer have to send data on first UI view we can remove those
checks and only look at the data we need to send when we need to send it.

Also fixed a couple of the links on the status display function.
