woodratt 300cafd987 1.4.0 Fire extinguishe fixes and tweaks
- Tweaks the amount that fire extinguisher holds and particles they send out. According to Spookerton there's no advantage to having more than 3 particles. In tests this seems to be the case as well.
- Also a minor edit to the code for patting people out that are on fire (as suggested by Spookerton), should help with folks that get set on fire.
- Added more fire extinguishers through medical.

-- One note -- Found in testing the fire extinguishers, water on tiles does not go away over time. Fire extinguishers appear to spray water on the tiles. Didn't know a way around this or how to fix this.

Neerti 3cf4ffcd2b Fixes ghost-callers being unable to hear linked communicators.
Fixes exonet node research pattern being wrong.
Makes communicators showing up on the ghost communicator list have stricter checks for being able to receive a request.

Neerti 3e5436c4b7 Upgrades communicators to NanoUI, adds a new EPv2 fake networking system, adds new semi-telecomms machine, lets communicators call ghosts, call other communicators, and have as many ghosts or communicators linked as the user desires. woodratt 13adf4f235 1.3.1 Christmas and tweaks.
- Intercoms added to the chapel, recreation area, pool.
- Maint door added to the starboard maint.
- Removed the second sleeper from the merc shuttle.
- Replaced the central tree at central with a Christmas tree.
- Added a small Christmas tree, Christmas lights, Tiny Christmas tree, and holiday wreaths to map. (Sprites from Aurora)
- Christmas decorations added everywhere.
- Garden statue tucked into maint, replaced with a big Christmas tree.
- Drink Machine added to security
- Fixed the pathing on therapy dolls.
- Removed farwa plushie from psych office, replaced with blue therapy doll.

- Explosive grenades have gotten a major upgrade, (borrowed code from fragmentation grenades).
- Box for explosive grenades lowered to 5 grenades per box instead of 7.
- Evidence locker moved to forensics area from detective's office. Body bags, latex gloves, and evidence bags moved to said locker.
- Low yield EMP grenades created including sprites. Box for them created (neither added to the map).
- Can now spawn from the elevator.
