* simple doors use their own bump timer and not the user's
simple material doors no longer use the USER'S last bump time, and isntead use their own for locking interaction. They now open promptly when bonked into and close after some time when clicked (they are meant to be slow after all)
The bug was casued by using the user's bump time. So if youtouched anything like a wall within the last 60 ticks (including the door itself) it wouldn't open

While I was working on kobs I fixed and tweaked a whole bunch of little things. I figured even then that I should separate the fixes, but I never got around to it
Now I have~
- adds a click cooldown so you can't spam tons of noise
- doesn't flick the deny animation unless the door is closed and powered
- alt-clicking on an unpowered door knocks rather than buzzing
- adds a knocking sound for wood (from freesound)

Removes the var to check for the 5 things it can attack, instead it can punch anything (but not everything will take damage).
Gives punching objects a check so you don't accidently smash something without meaning to.
Gives closets and canisters a proc to take_damage so they'll actually get smashed by the mechs.
