Reverts the second mob clean up because of incomplete implementation.

This caused an error that would then cause machinery to hang on the server, and was reproduced successfully.

Adds distinct sprites for drying racks, taken from /tg/.
Remaps hydroponics a bit and adds a crate with beekeeping necessities.
Fixes a typo in the smoker.
