* Power related QOL

Enables visual feedback when SMES maintenance hatches are open. Also cleans up some of the code and magic numbers for power amounts for readability.

* Housekeeping pass on port_gens

* Better Multitool usage for power cables

Displaying More information and curbing instances of negative electricity being reported.
