* Promethean Tweaks Round Howevermany We're On Now

* Tweak again. Drinks only plink damage that can be regenned. Multiple drinks, or other sources of tox will still mean these are dangerous.

* Add Blurb other than just "What has science done?"

* Adds the changelog.
