- Randomized light brightness for lights at round start is now no longer tied to individual lights, but to the area they start in, meaning some areas might start out darker on some rounds. Most have far too many lights tho, so they don't affect anything.

- Moved another proc from datums/disease.dm to mob.dm so doubleclicking /mob actually gets you to the mob's definition.

A sound will now play when admins receive adminhelps. By default this is disabled, but any admin can enable it by using the 'toggle adminhelp sound' verb. Note that it will revert to not hearing sounds when a new round starts.
