ME USE OLD CHAT

ME NOT LIKE THAT IT WARNS ME THAT VCHAT ISN'T WORKING EVERY TIME WHEN I HAVE THE PREFERENCE FOR IT DISABLED

So, this makes it only warn you about vchat not working if you have vchat enabled.
