* SSMetrics

* We were a bit too silly

* Forgot to commit this

* Logs CPU

* Removes global data from all ss

* And puts it on the metrics ss

* Update metrics.dm

* Logs profiler data

* Adds profile configs

* Update code/controllers/subsystem/metrics.dm
