ac8a79f521 Change default atmos to low pressure for some non-lavaland stuff (#45981)
When lavaland got randomized atmos, these weren't changed to reflect 
that. None of these turfs are used on lavaland, but still generate 
whatever random atmos lavaland does.

48f19baba1 Randomizes lavaland atmos (#44427)
This makes lavaland atmos random per round. You won't get eternally burning hell worlds or vacuums but it's nice for a bit of variety.

Admins can edit the gas mixture for all of lavaland at once if they want to ruin some miners' day.

d81ff09046 Atmos adjacency subsystem revival (#43447)
This improves init times and makes explosions and other shit that modifies a bunch of turfs faster by saving a proccall and potentially not doing the same work more than once.

* Fusion 6 begins.

* Adds location effects, updates analyzer feedback.

* Fixes a messed up prob statement

* Further work on reaction and some testing stuff.

* The debuggery continues

* Fusion continues

* Removes a check that's not longer relevant

* Tries to make filtering more possible

* More tweaks to make stable fusion more accessible, prevents a rare float overflow issue, makes unstable fusion less rewarding, reduces nuclear particle damage.

* Fixes my really poor implementation of the examine for volume pumps.

* Fixes an oopsie with probability

* Merge, and also tweaks instability scaling

tweak: You now have to be naked to get the nice shower moodlet, if you shower with clothes you get a bad moodie
add: Hygiene, you slowly become dirty over time, the more covered in blood you are the faster you will lose hygiene. When you are too dirty you will have a stink overlay. (Hygiene doesn't affect mood currently) It also spawns miasma slowly if you smell like shit.
add: adds NEET and neat traits. NEET's get 20 bucks social welfare extra and like being unhygienic, while neat people dislike being unhygienic and like being hygienic

This doesn't affect mood so plssss dont strawman in this PR about how I'm forcing you to shower or die or whatever

This PR is mostly visual and will allow for people to judge others for literaly being smelly as hell.

also NEET and neat traits which interact with being smelly. (neat likes hygiene, dislikes lack of it. NEETs like lack of hygiene and get some social welfare (20 bucks))

Open space, showing what things are below it, and everything that entails. No complex support for dynamic generation just yet.

4eeab6634c [Ready] Makes kitchen cold rooms actually cold (Metastation) (#41799)

tweak: Metastation's kitchen cold room is now really cold! Make sure to wear warm clothing.
tweak: The kitchen clothing vendor now stocks two winter jackets by default.
tweak: Goats are now fine with temperatures as low as 180°K. This is so that Pete doesn't freeze to death inside the cold room.
code: Added a kitchen area subtype for cold rooms and adjusted chef CQC to work inside it (no gameplay changes).

You know how it's called a cold room, looks like a cold room but is actually just another storage room?

I made the Meta kitchen cold room spawn at -80°C and added a freezer to it. Originally I wanted to pick a more realistic temperature (like -25°C), but the way body temperature works means that you'd have to sit inside it for minutes to feel an effect.

Now, you can store bodies inside it, trap people and let them freeze to death, or lower the temperature even further and use it as a ghetto cryo chamber.

Also:
Kitchen clothing vendor gets two winter jackets and goats survive at lower temperatures (so Pete doesn't just die).

add: Gibs will now rot if not cleaned, and produce small amounts of miasma, approximately
equal to a quarter of a corpse.

Miasma is fun. Gives the janitor more of a reason to do work. It will only become
dangerous if you have a lot of gibs in a small space. So better keep those Hopline shutters
open.

7d8872389b Use defines for turf atmos (#41751)
initial_gas_mix for turfs were all over the place instead of using defines. I
didn't change turfs that only show up in a single place, like the Snowdin
plasma river turf.

KITCHEN_COLDROOM_ATMOS isn't used yet; if this gets merged I'll use it to turn
kitchen cold rooms into proper.... cold rooms

f7955352e4 Make pipe layers better, also some cleanups (#41664)
* Layered pipes no longer stick out of their tile, also vents and other
  machines will always be in the middle of the tile.
* Layer manifold now looks like an adaptor.
* Some pipe mapping helpers were made into macros so maintianing things is
  easier.
* Some unused icons were removed.
* A lot of icons were added, so that pipe layering looks better.
* Layer manifold renamed to layer adaptor and resprited to look more like an
  adaptor.

7d32eba2a1 Re-adds and reworks fusion. (#37384)
add: Fusion is back
add: Fusion now happens with large quantities of hot plasma and CO2, consuming all the plasma rapidly and producing large amounts of energy. Other gases can also effect the performance of the reaction.
add: Fusion now produces radiation. Be careful around reactors.
fix: fixes fusion dividing by zero and destroying everything
code: Gas reactions now have access to where they are occurring
fix: Prevents some other reactions from producing matter from nothing
