Redo how ByondVersion is implemented to support custom OD builds
...
- `SourceCommittish` -> `SourceSHA`, now MUST be full length.
- Fix OpenDreamInstaller.DownloadVersion requiring a JobProgressReporter.
- Fix naming of BYOND firewall rules
