- Move reattach SendCommand call out of Watchdog into existing SessionController call.
- DMAPI 5.2.0, send back custom commands on reattach and accept NewPort
- Remove IAssemblyInformationProvider from watchdogs AGAIN
- Deprecate TopicCommandType 6
