Small tweaks and fixes
...
Mice and other fags can no longer steal IDs from ID computer
Fixed dice icons being broken if their name got changed (with hand
labeller or otherwise)
Borgs can now drink stuff from containers (useful for service borgs - so
they can easily remove shit from their shaker)
Service borgs now have d6 and d20 (named probability cube and
probability icosahedron)

Ahhhh nanoui minimaps that load dynamically based on map???? it's true!

Adding new maps:
nano/images/mapname
Generate the nanomap#.png in game using the generation verb in the server tab locally then copy the nanomap#.png images from your documents/byond/cache folder to the nano/images/mapname folder
Then in mapname.dm change map_dir variable to the name of mapname so it loads the images from the right folder

Admin law panel fixes and enhancements

This resolves some deficiencies in the PP law toolkit for silicons.
- Added remove button for each law (tested)
- Removed buggy blank law behavior. Blank laws are now ignored.
- Added button to reset lawset to a standard one (e.g. asimov) (tested)
- Cyborgs slaved to AI are notified of law change when Send Laws is used, and are also forced to sync.
- Law changes refresh PP.
