bd24634912 Fixes 2 AA bugs (#14548) 
People have brought up to me that by default the attack animation for moving a person always defaults to making your character look south for an instant.

And apparently in some rare cases people's whose sqlite filse fail to load were having their preference default to null which couldn't be toggled,

Also this adds a hulk unarmed attack animation for humans.

So it turns out SOME morons who've added prefs to the menu in the past never bothered in putting the actual behavior to make the toggles affect the current game before relogging. So I've manually gone through all the prefs to make sure they have the full behavior the verbs did.
