Adds reagent ID list defines. Rather than duping recipes for the botany-alternative chems, just use one of the lists instead.

- You can now add explicit "forbidden reagents" in cooked recipes, if
for instance, your ingredients have toxins and your cooked food "refines
that". In that case, simply add "toxin" to the exception list
- Base code added to recipe.dm, example adder under
/datum/recipe/aesirsalad
I usually never work on anything even remotely Chemistry-related.
Hopefully, this should be within my competence
- Generally, span, newlines, typecasting, absolute pathing, formatting
- Bring about the commentenning on recipe.dm. This is more or less a
giant readme for all of the food code (at least the part where you cook
shit), so it should be fine. This also allows coders who had about as
much code literacy as I had when I started out to understand what is
going on in here
- Nutriments now transfer over from raw ingredients to cooked food, like
all other reagents used to. There's no reason to nuke nutriments,
ESPECIALLY with high potency crops where you are actively wasting
nutriments, time and miscellaneous ingredients to lose nutriments, to
boot
- Remove make() function (which, incidentally, was NEVER used in the
code). make_food() is now completely identical due to nutriments now
transfering over (the sanity check was kept)
- Double volume all snack items can contain from 50 to 100. This was
done so that reagents aren't wasted on the volume cap. Since drinks and
condiment bottles inherit food, it was done at food/snacks level
- Salt shakers and peppermills now contain and start with 50 units of
their respective reagents for consistency with "custom" salt shakers and
pepper mills produced by using the CondiMaster
- Limitation on "reconverting" salt shakers and pepper mills removed
- Chef's Special Sauce also starts with and can contain 50 units
maximum. Seeing how deadly it can be, that's more debatable of a change,
but usually, for the investment in TC when you could be dumping welding
fuel into your food and the fact everyone will be hunting down the Chef
after people get poisoned, it should be worth it
- Remove health value from meat, I simply cannot fathom what this would
be doing here
-Changed the class type of donuts. donut/normal is now the regular donut. All other donuts have been made this way. (I.E: donut/chaos)
-Hopefully the merged records proc will now not spit out runtimes.
-You cannot enter a name without any character now. This way you can also click on the link.
-Added some coloured caps to their respected coloured wardrobes.

A new powerful microwave code allows completely new recipes.
All cooked food all have transferred in all the reagents which ingredients had (except of nutriments).
A new neat food sprites from Farart.
New/changed recipes for cooking with microwave:
- Berry Pie was replaced with Berry Clafoutis with new sprite. Recipe: 2 flour, 1 egg, 2 berries (not berryjuice);
- Fortune cookies: 1 flour, 1 egg, piece of paper with prophecy;
- Meat stake: 1 unit of salt, 1 unit of black pepper, 1 slab of meat;
- Pizza "Margherita": 2 flour, 4 wedges of cheese, 1 tomato;
- Meat Pizza: 2 flour, 2 slabs of meat, 1 wedge of cheese, 1 tomato;
- Mushroom Pizza: 2 flour, 5 any mushrooms;
- Vegetable Pizza: 2 flour, 1 eggplant, 1 carrot, 1 corn, 1 tomato;
- Spacy Liberty Duff: 10 units of water, 5 units of vodka, 3 Liberty Caps;
- Amanita Jelly: 5 units of water, 10 units of vodka, 3 Amanitas;
- Meatball Soup: 20 units of water, 1 meatball (aka faggot), 1 carrot, 1 potato;
- Vegetable Soup: 20 units of water, 1 carrot, 1 corn, 1 eggplant, 1 potato;
- Meatball Soup: 20 units of water, 1 meatball (aka faggot), 1 carrot, 1 potato;
- Nettle Soup: 20 units of water, 1 nettle, 1 egg, 1 potato;
- Hot Chili stew: 1 slab of meat, 1 chili pepper, 1 tomato;
- Cold Chili stew: 1 slab of meat, 1 ice pepper, 1 tomato;
Other bugfixes:
Fixed items showing under vendomats/microwaves.
Activated item_state for anesthetic tank.
