c3c70239f0 Examining the Jukebox or a sound system while a song is playing shows the name of the song (#28818) 
* Juke Examine

* Pass song info around for receiver examine

* fix copypasted examine

* PROBABLY fixes last played song info getting stuck and emagged songs not being recognized as such

* HOPEFULLY fixes sound systems not getting song info on first connect

* Couple minor fixes

* Fix receivers not being updated by newly connected transmitter on their frequency.
Fix transmitter discarding music data when disconnecting from old frequency, causing receivers on new frequency not to get any data.
