Assigned categories to assorted verbs that lacked them. Commands tab is now more or less gone. Instead, things are in "IC" for things like say, whisper, me, that are inherent to you, "OOC" for things like OOC chat, and "Objects" for verbs originating from the world around you. I suppose for those non-admins in the audience, you now also get an "Admin" tab, because I stuffed adminhelp and adminwho in there.
This change was only to verbs defined as verbs in the code, procs that are assigned to things as verbs are far more numerous and harder to isolate, but also mostly admin-related.

Mobs now have a "cloneloss" var, used to represent the fact that they aren't done being cloned. There are exactly 2 ways to heal cloneloss outside of badminnery.
1) Don't get popped out of the tube early.
2) Load a cryo tube with Clonexadone (mix Cyroxadone, Plasma, and Sodium to make) and hop in.
Clonexadone also happens to heal regular damages twice as fast as cryoxadone, so it has more use than just fixing quickclones.
PDA medscanners aren't sophisticated enough to detect cloning imperfections, but the ones found in medkits are.

- New "empulse" proc. Works similarly to "explode" proc. It triggers the "emp_act" proc on everything within range. emp_act are effects similar or identical to the effects of the emp grenade. Any major changes to emp effects listed below. Note: EMPs now affect items in your backpack.
- New admin right-click command: EM Pulse. You can create an empulse at the desired location with a size you choose. Similar to Explosion command.
- disable device spell, emp grenade, and disable tech rune all use empulse now.
- New "disable device" spell datum added.
- EMP'ed gas canisters no longer drain the station of power.
- When a borg is EMP'ed, all objects in their module get their emp_act proc triggered.

If you look at your PDA window, there should be an option to stick an ID in, like with some computers.
While carrying an ID, a PDA can be used for almost everything an ID can.
While ID scanners can read cards through a PDA, it is difficult to shove a PDA into the ID slot on some computers.
It is possible I missed some functions, but I was quite thorough in my sweep through the code.
In the event of PDA destruction, any inserted ID is ejected unharmed.
It is now possible to stick PDAs in your jumpsuit's ID slot.
Since PDAs are named, you can disguise yourself as someone else using one.
Beepsky/ED-209 can see through a PDA disguise if you stick your real ID in for access.

- Silly error in medical code. Now ointment will actually heal fire damage properly.
- Removed fork from the kitchen since all it does is stab you in the face when you try to eat with it.
- New Reagent: Sodium
- Table Salt renamed "Sodium Chloride" for SCIENCE! You can make it by mixing sodium and chlorine.
- Some reagents rearranged in reagents file.
Food Overhaul Phase 2:
- You can now add condiments from condiment containers to food! You may also inject (but not remove) substances into food
with a syringe.
- Bitesize variable redone. Now bites eat half the remaining contents of the food to a minimum of 1 or the bitesize.
Otherwise, it'd be REALLY obvious when you've doctored food.
- New Items: Salt Shaker, Pepper Mill (both used to season food). (Sprites by Deuryn) Both added to cafe.
- Bug (possibly) of alcohol not metabolizing properly (possibly) fixed.
- New snacks and beverages! Icons courtesy of Deuryn.
- Cola Vending Machines and Water Cooler added (icons also courtesy of Deuryn). Also check snack vendors for new items.

Wizards now shout a spell when they're casting - not corresponding to the spell itself, though, it's a placeholder until granny finishes his voice acting.
