Monkey boxes lowered to 2 monkeys per box and the crate now costs net 15 points for one box. They were also removed from vending machines. I warned that they would be changed if people continued to spam them.
Windows and disposal pipes layers adjusted slightly.

Removed some awful descriptions from items which should not have descriptions.
See: paper, empty boxes.
Fixed a bug which would cause traitor packs to have an emergency O2 tank and breath mask in them.

BoH is no longer an instakill on a singularity, the chance the singularity will die from bombs now 25% from 10%.
Finished removing Metabslow from the game because delaying Interface rebuilds is a bad idea.
Sadly THE SUN is gone due to lighting lag issues, the current mob max luminosity is set to 7.
Damage and stun from doors shocking people has been lowered.
process() is now an obj level proc as it was already used by several procs and they can now jump onto the ticker if needed.

- Radio headsets now display the command for their channel on examine to helpfully cut down on "HOW DO I TALK TO X" questions.
- Added Runtime as a cat for the CMO due to popular demand, though he doesn't actually spawn yet as he doesn't have a proper sprite.

Made carp actually hurt humans. Also, they can now sometimes knock you down when they attack you. Additionally, I added some new variables dictating attack speed and sound associated with attacking for critters. Carp now make bitey noises, rejoice!
I also fixed some other miscallenous bugs with metroids attacking stuff.

Wizard smoke from his smoke spell will partly block lasers that go through it.
Going to try and test a diff way for the singularity to "del" items, might cause less lag, it will also eat absorb other singularities.

Edits made to it from my part:
- Added an atmos maintenance room to 7 locations: cargo, bridge, brig, medbay, science, engineering and kitchen
When piping uterus, use these rooms, get a line from atmospherics to each of the 7 atmos maintenance rooms and then to local vents from the maintenance rooms.

The force secret mode will now build the list of possible modes and make sure it can set the forced mode up before it actually picks the mode. If the setup fails it will just use another mode from the secret list.
The R-table in medbay lobby was replaced with a normal table and medbay mostly follows the old "Can you get to the hall with next to nothing on you" map design.

- isanimal() and iscorgi() procs have been added
- attack_animal() added for all atoms, called when an animal attacks (clicks on) an object within range.
- attack_animal() proc added to food. Simple animals don't process reagents, meaning they can eat anything whatsoever. Corgis can take 5 bites out of any type of food. Ian will chase the food himself, regular corgis won't due to lag concerns.

- simple animals can now be healed by items in /obj/item/stack/medical (bruisepacks and ointment). The medical items that heal brute damage will heal the animals. They do nothing if the animal is dead
- simple animals can now be hurt by attacking them with objects that do damage (toolboxes, etc.)

Lowered the number of spare jumpsuits in most of the lockers from 6 to 3.
The old arrival message is now back in.
Finished the Ion Rifle and added one to the armory. Might need to change it up a bit depending on how well it works.
Bullet_act worked on a bit, EMP effects should work now.
Cyborgs are stunned by EMPs.
Raised the changelings required genome number for multichan at the request of Urist.

Tasers and lasers now drain twice as much battery per shot
EMP bursts now do 60 damage to cyborgs as opposed to 25
Guns:
Added the three Desert Eagles by Cheridan, none spawn on map currently
Added the sprite for the Ion Rifle by Falazameer, but it does not have any EMP effect yet/the code is unfinished
Wizard:
Finally fixed it so the wizard gets Lasers/Hulk instead of Laser/TK

The upper right panel, where the verbs usually are now has two functions, verbs and the browser. This feature has been added to hopefully reduce the number or pop-ups that appear. Currently only request consoles and vending machines use this feature. I'll wait for feedback and then update the rest, if feedback is positive.
Also removed the redcoat spawn pack... The redcoat suit is MINE.

- Hud removed from simple animals, so if you move from human to a simple animals, your HUD will properly update
- Stat for dead and alive now properly updated
- Fixed animals randomly leaving closed containers such as closets or the dna pod
- Animals can now be buckled. They will not randomly move if bucked or if they have the resting variable set
- Bumping follows the same rules as above, it should also now work properly
- Harm intent message shown in red instead of blue

Synaptizine once again helps with stuns however it is slightly toxic to humans and might give you some toxloss every time it ticks to balance the unstun.
Actually removed the logged say file this time.
Cargo main now merged into one area as it's was literally the same room with two areas.
Hydro East cam now is on the SS13 net and the prison station cam comp is actually on the prison station network.
The table in sec lost its two lower parts allowing officers to actually walk around without pushing people.
Added a wrench to the armory for the Warden's portable flashers.
Medical maintenance doors access levels fixed.
Medical is a bit less of a clusterfuck of pipes, I only did most of the west half and the tunnel. The east and tox still have to be done.
Medical Hallway to foyer, internal medhallway, and cryo doors were removed with permission from the head coders.

The rev icons bug might be fixed now.
Removed the old logged say file as it is no longer used and contained questionable material.
People should no longer spawn on the wizard station for a second at round start.
Removed the old intercept vars as they have not been used in a good while.
Blob is more or less back to its old state but still has the lava sprite, can we please get some new sprites for it.
Fixed the door on the prison station, it can now actually be used again.

Added a toggle option to be a pAI (much like you can for aliens.) Changed popup window into an alert() and added a "never for this round" button in it. Can permanently set whether or not you want to be a pAI in your save (might not work as intended, only did mild testing, I cannot into bitwise operations.)
