b140dfa1b5 More work done on sculpture
- Escape function removed, SCP can no longer just leave if NOTHING is in
sight
- Instead, SCP now uses vents to move around. Time to weld those vents
- SCP now only considers humans as targets (and not all carbons, which
includes such nice things as slimes) and only registers their sight
- SCP should now longer chainsnap targets
- Messages to span
- Logs are now red, for maximal attention
- Other improvements

1f76abf434 Fixing Tape
- All messages are now span
- Added a visible message when a tape is finished so that people know
precisely who's laying it everywhere
- Hopefully fixed placing tape on airlocks at any range
- Lifting tape is now toggle
- Fixed stacking tape

163f77f7e0 Major changes to spacepod construction:
- Pod frames are now built out of frame parts, not machine frames
- Added a Spacepod fabricator, capable of making frame parts, cells, pod cores, and pod armor ( to be added in greater variety )
- Pod frames are now completed with fabricated plates ( to allow for multiple types ) made in the fabricator
- Added Spacepod Hangar R&D console
- Improved options for R&D server
*Minor map changes: Added cable coil and glass to spacepod hangar. Replaced plasteel with just plasma. Added in fabricator and R&D console.
*Future plans: Make the spacepod construction properly reversible, add in more plating types from research, make emagging the fabricator create syndicate armor

4dd76b3ab8 Updating computer luminescence
- Less shit that glows the wrong color or glows when it shouldn't
- More shit that glows when it should
- Any machine that brightens up when stuff goes in (cloner, cryo, DNA
modifier) now only fucking glows when stuff is in
- It still glows in full day light, but whatever

- Gets rid of now useless commented stuff
- Some modification in dialogue
- SCP should no longer cheese out of the observe check
- SCP no longer escapes when he's grabbing someone or just after he
finished someone off

fdae3b2170 Added new sounds to SCP mob
- SCP will use his scare chord sound when he has a target and picks a
way to go to him (It might play multiple times, although it should only
play when he picks the target turf)
- SCP plays a neck snapping sound when he downs his target

The sounds may stack a bit, I'm not sure why

a90e5570b4 Tweak to SCP
He now waits for only half as much when breaking through windows. Seeing
how most if not all windows have 2 panes and a grille (up to 4), this
still gives ample time to react

03f6432320 More fixes to SCP-173
- Escape range lowered to 100. It's still supposed to be a special move
to allow SCP to cover more of the station without admin intervention
- Spawn() and Sleep() now in correct order when SCP-173 rampages along a
path. He'll still warp to players standing out in the open, but will now
bash through windows and tables allowing time to react

b4e4949067 More changes to SCP-173
- SCP-173 now escapes for real when Escape() fires. To put it short he
just picks a tile on the current Z-level and everything that isn't space
is fair play
- Spawn(5) becomes Spawn(10), impact might be underwhelming
- Escape() now fired naturally every 5 out of 100 ticks if SCP-173 is
not observed
- Hibernate delay on successful Escape lowered but still present for the
poor souls which might receive a free magical SCP

037598f550 New changes to sculpture (SCP-173)
Many, many changes. Most notably :

- Mobs on the same tile as the sculpture can no longer "see" it, this
effectively fixes the problem that made SCP laughably innefective
- SCP-173 now causes an instant incacipation when grabbing someone (IC
snaps their neck, OOC does 105 damage)
- He also teleports away to fix a problem with him grab-spamming dead
people when out of nearby targets
- Teleport range increased to make his idle strolling more hazardous and
less prevesible
- Other modifications. Overall the code was jury-rigged but was tested
and is functional

4a71d49dfb Spacepod enhancements
Added damage to spacepods as well as damage overlays.
Started a framework to allow more than 1 weapon system per spacepod.
Pods turn into fireworks when they reach 0 integrity.

7f4c0be941 Re-adding object pooling for beam projectiles. Fixed the double damage bug with a spawn().
What was happening was returntopool was nulling the variable that prevented the projectile from bumping something twice, and for whatever reason despite having no loc the proj would bump the same mob twice then be in the void again. The spawn() allows the bump proc to finish and then the projectile is returned to the pool.
